If the animals in the first post were implemented, most larger biomes would have a "boss animal", but swamps (and grasslands) would still lack one. Here's an idea for the swamps, along with a badge as an attachment (once again, I first used AI and then slightly edited it):
Colossal Toad
Simple version: A ~150-200 HP beast for the swamps. Since the number of swamp tiles is quite limited, only one should exist. It should maybe be able to cross river tiles to reach both sides of some swamps, maybe also lakes.
Possible extra mechanic: Has a chance of hopping away when attacked (~5-25%). It could otherwise be weaker than other boss animals, but chasing it through possibly alligator-infested swamps could be a challenge with the extra AP costs there.
Colossal Toad
