I mean, I Kinda know the Chieves, Chiefs?, of past Native Villages, but I didn't keep up as much with the Outsies.
There were a few who acted like they were but had most of the rest of their region laughing at that.

The "2-D" towns usually seemed okay to me, it was York that had troubles.
Racist, sexist, homicidal tyrants and such.
Great at parties though.
