I imagine it is a beautiful rifle. Apple wood stock with ivory inlays. It only holds one bullet but that one bullet does 60 HP of damage. 99% accuracy.

Enough to bring down that southbound pachyderm in one shot.

Yup! She's a beaut!

Well, my native doesn't understand the fire stick enough to be able to load bullets into it.

When he tried to fire it he got this message: Your hunting rifle is out of bullets.

When he tried to load it he got this message: Your hunting rifle is already fulled loaded.

If it be the same type of rifle I got for winning one of these, it's just a normal rifle that won't break.

I still can't load it. I would break it if I had the buttons.

I suppose if there's no way for a half wit native to fire the damned thing I'm going to take it to the waterfall and throw it in the river.

Ah, I thought the stats (99%, 60 damage) were actual. Kinda scary if they were.

To be honest, I never thought about natives not being able to use the rifle when it was given. I can amend the object data without affecting normal rifles, but there may be other bits of code that prevent the bullets from being used to load it! Feel free to PM me if you want to try that.

I know nothing of coding so excuse me if this is a stupid question....

How hard would it be to change it to a Hunting Blowgun?

That would be freaking awesome!

By Great Odin's Raven!! ... wi' that sort o' weapontry ye could well make short work o' a fully-grown giant squid like th' one what I spied at [-70.149,+26.578]!! But be cautious. That be near 'ere th' flesh-eaters dwell, an' who 'as be attackin' peaceable passersby fer nay particular reason whatsoever! If they's entire race be wiped o' th' face o' th' earth, an' their lands be burnt t' th' ground, an' then salted an' then burnt to th' ground again, krakën huntin' woud't be much simpler. **sigh** I be jus' sayin'.

That should be done now. Let me know via feedback form if it's broken in some way as I don't check the forum every day.

You identify the hunting blowpipe as a blowpipe for hunting animals, especially elephants. It was awarded as a prize for the Royal Expedition's Elephant Hunt.

You fire at the zombified elephant with a hunting blowpipe for 4 damage. You gain 4 XP. It dies. You gain 33 XP.

Very nice! Grin
