So the two previous contests were huge successes in my opinion.  I was wondering if the Team should try for a third.  What game should we go after this time?

The way I see it we have a couple options.

1) Pick an animal confined to a certain area, like the Gators and Shargles.  Though I don't know of any other beast that is.
2) Pick an island wide animal, though that will give away the fun of bring in a confined area, which I think is half the fun of these things.
3) Pick massive game, but then it's like a one kill thing.  The person who gets the kill wins.

I was thinking doing a Spider Contest, but we did something similar this year already.  Not an official contest, but as a fun thing.

Any thoughts?

personally, woody is twenty five away from his hundred-quota of spiders, afterward all hell need out of normal animals will be silverbacks and turtles, which are both kind of hard to find on a frequent basis. so if he had a choice, itd be silverbacks. perhaps lord simon could set up some sort of scene from congo, where theres a whole mess of them in one area. once hes got the spider kills, hes up for anything though.

How about a rhino hunt? I can't recall ever seeing one outside the grasslands, and some of the grasslands have become quite large. Perhaps pick out a nice big patch for the boundry?

A rhino hunt is a good idea, but they are fairly rare, not especially aggressive, and the contest would be relatively low key.

Silverbacks, on the other hand, are hard work to kill, aggressive, and relatively plentiful. Maybe Simon could cause 100 or so to manifest in a place like Unity Island. That would be a good contest.

Maybe around Christmas time then.

Ibn al Xuffasch is keen for a group hunt.

As in a group of people hunting one (or more) creature(s) together? Or the same sort of thing but where each person is in it for their own points?

Not all...

The "what did Armadox eat yesterday?" contest was pretty darn disgusting.

There are about 200 alligators in the western swamp. Some of them are five to a square.

Atok is also in the swamp, guaranteeing a swift return to carnage in the inevitable event of death by chomping.

Team Tathers are presently busy on the mountain, but how about a detachment to go gator hunting?
