A heads-up. Ibn al Xuffasch is presently trying to organise The Spectacular Seamonster Slaughter Season, to be located around Midway, starting (hopefully) 1 July.

All welcome. Stock up on your ammo and healing stuff now, and start burying stockpiles on or near Midway, if you want to participate.

Carl Norwood standing by.

God bless.

We cleared that last pocket of spiders underground, heal exhaustive, but fun. Chopping off these limbs seems to me more fluid of a task. Or less, hentacles are tricky business.

If I'm still around by then, Dani al-Ghazali will sign on as a healer.

The combat, tactics, and strategy in this game are limited in scope, due to this being a generally sequential move based game. People play for a few minutes, log on the next day, and they're dead. Stupid. I mean, I've probably scraped the bottom of the barrel of how far tactics can be applied here. It's not worth writing about in depth except to illustrate the specifics. Overall the possibilities aren't much. Because of that, anyone who prides themselves about shartak combat is a real tryhard, and even more so if they're gripping a heavy sword.

Despite that, it's the imagination that drives the game. If a raid boss can bring that out, I think we've done our jobs. And if I'm permitted to be a tryhard, let's kick . Healers and support players can do that pretty well too.

I agree with Killian, HEavy swords are the worst.  Farmers even more so.

But this isn't about that, THIS IS ABOUT TENTACLES AND MANLY MEN KILLING THEM!

Tala wouldn't mind joining in on this little thing in some way, seeing as how there seems to be nothing better for a wee little cannibal-turned-proper-lady to do, eh?

Why thank you! But seriously, how does Tala get in on this kraken business. I'm about a million years behind on her language skills and her eating habits.

Daves suggested some custom "huts" which are really shipwrecks, and they have these harpoons and cat-o-nine-tails, and apparently tricorne hats. Maybe not, though, I don't know where that one came from.

here more info and stuff

YEAH SCOUTS!

Trawling. Scouts and explorers alone can find extra stuff in the water.
I think trawling is appropriate because the classes feel like being in a pool of sadness.
