Huli managed to rescue a deer that was being worried in the forest by a Pirate and was rewarded with a meal.

Next time feast on the pirate first, you'll recover more health that way.

I don't wish t contradict the mighty Grunk, but it's more economical to use herbs, as you get 10HP per 1AP. Feasting gives a maximum 20HP for 3AP. Although you're not using up any items, so it depends how well stocked you are.

It depends on play style I guess. When I played Nihilo I tried to strike a balance between herb sustainability and retaining the 109 HP cap (because I'm a nerd). Grunk seems to be a more aggressive cannibal. Naturally, he heads the clan.
