The Fencing Hall is very active and well-staffed, yes. A University...we don't have. We USED to have a lecture hall, but that rather died off from lack of use, since most people would ask questions in the fencing hall, anyway. You might be thinking of the Derby Library, which will be opening before all too long, here.

No lecture hall? I'll have to reactivate my Philosophe Knight. The Learning must continue!

Well, it's still there, it just hasn't been used in forever, and the usage it used to hold got integrated with the Fencing Academy.
