And just recently, since she had become so annoying. my pirate told her that he didn't fear her nor did he respect her for threatening traders and Kutless told her that he wouldn't break his pact of peace just to end an annoying little insect. Then he started off towards Santa's grotto. And stopped around... 20 paces away from Santa's grotto.

And i logged in to find that she had tracked me and killed me and insulted me OOC as an unloved teenager with nothing else to do. (I don't take offense at that since i'm pretty sure i'm loved by the real people i know )

But still, this i believe breaks the Terms of Use as offensive behavior. Sure. everyone insults everyone's characters IC. But isn't it different if you try to insult the OOC player?

Can you do anything about it? I mean, i wouldn't bring this up if she wasn't in a clan since she'd just be another wanton pirate hater but she chose to identify with you. So yeah.

First off, I'm assuming DLF = Dalpok Liberation Front?

You might find that the DLF consider any outsider in Dalpok a trespasser.  Some might not forewarn or threaten either.

Hit feedback in game, and report the matter to Simon.  It's his call ultimately whether the other character's player crossed the line or not, not the forum's.

Many Clans have no policing of their membership, and a number no longer have their founders active.

Skull Face has hunted outsiders with the DRRP natives in Dalpok.  From what I've seen of the way pirates treat the natives of Dalpok, there's no such thing as 'too aggressive'

And from my experiences of you personally I seriously doubt that the above was all you said to the native. Give us a screenshot of everything that you said and a screenshot of everything that the native said. Anyone been in the Dalpok med hut recently to confirm what was said?

thingonaspring was there he would know. and alot of other natives. golgul was there too i think. I assure you, that was all i said. As to what it said to me, i have no screenshot. The only proof of it now would be when Kissing Mantis admits it said those words, otherwise, i have no proof of it.

i can actually vouch for the genrally peaceful behaviour of Kutless while he/she has been in Dalpok, in my presence anyway.

the problem is i have been inactive and away from the game and forums for sometime, and the fact that the DLF never really got off the ground. hopefully in the near future ill have the time to sort this out but at the moment your on your own.

if i see kissing mantis ill query his actions but nothing much else i can do atm.
