It requires you be level 5, and only that you be level 5.  Also, being awesome would help.  I, unlike some other douche bags, feel no bigotry towards anyone from any village, outpost, or certain wrecked ship.

Nice idea with the minimum level. Although you are just being prejudice another way by doing that. So you may not be prejudice about hometown but you are still clearly prejudice.
