It looks like this hut is some kind of native trading post. There are interesting items piled up around the edges and a sign indicates there's a large dog keeping watch over the supplies.

Here you can see Crowfeet Stormdown, Otfried, Nokomis, and Ezekiel Jones.
Also here is Tamdal Toe, and a guard dog.

Otfried says “So it seems Joe's going to attack Derby tomorrow, don't think they'll take it out on all of Wiksik do you Ezekiel?” (2012-01-31 20:29)

Nokomis looks around the room and then at Ezekiel. "Was there going to be a election for some kind of ruler/Chieftian/Kine for Wiksik? (2012-01-31 22:40)
Nokomis says “uh..make that King not Kine. Been drinking some of this wine I just made” (2012-01-31 22:42)

Ezekiel Jones says “I doubt that we'll have to worry about an organized retaliation against us here from derby, though it is something to be mindful of.” (2012-02-01 07:01)
Ezekiel Jones says “I am actually somewhat more concerned about the implications of anthor's 'contest'.” (2012-02-01 07:02)
Ezekiel Jones says “Is he trying to drag us into a civil war?” (2012-02-01 07:02)
Ezekiel Jones says “I am considering placing a bounty on the head of any non-Wiksikan who kills a Wiksikan for the duration.” (2012-02-01 07:04)
Ezekiel Jones says “Perhaps we can at least keep this limited to an internal dispute.” (2012-02-01 07:05)
Ezekiel Jones says “Nokomis, do you think we really need a king?” (2012-02-01 07:06)

Nokomis says “I do think we need someone we can call leader. I have been asking around and a few have said if Otfried was Leader of Wiksik they wouldn't mind. He seems level headed. Not like Anthor.” (2012-02-01 07:08)

Ezekiel Jones says “I never thought of it as The Council's business to tell Wiksikans what to do or who to follow.” (2012-02-01 07:08)

Nokomis says “It just might stop people like Chief Joe from coming here and thinking they could be King or seomthing if we already had something in place. ” (2012-02-01 07:10)

Nokomis says “Maybe take it under consideration then but I do believe something should be in place just in case.” (2012-02-01 07:13)

Ezekiel Jones says “I dislike the concept of a monarch, who would claim authority over everyone, including those who never consented to follow him, but perhaps something else?” (2012-02-01 07:13)

Nokomis says “Have anything in mind?” (2012-02-01 07:14)

Ezekiel Jones says “A steward of Wiksik? A representative? A battle-leader? A hand of the people?” (2012-02-01 07:16)
Ezekiel Jones says “What do we want this person to be for us?” (2012-02-01 07:17)

Nokomis says “I don't like the word King either but as natives a Chieftan fits. Steward wouldn't be taken seriously and a battle leader would may them think we love to fight..” (2012-02-01 07:18)
Nokomis says “For me...the main thing would be to get some kind of group that would go after pkers here in town. Many get killed here over and over with no one doing a thing about it.” (2012-02-01 07:19)

Ezekiel Jones smirks "From all observations lately, we kind of do." (2012-02-01 07:19)

Ezekiel Jones says “Perhaps we need a more solid leadership structure to better accomplish our goals.” (2012-02-01 07:21)

Nokomis says “Peasblossom has been taking care of some of it. I have taken care of a couple” (2012-02-01 07:21)

Ezekiel Jones says “I try to hunt down murderers as i witness them as well.” (2012-02-01 07:22)
Ezekiel Jones says “Yes, perhaps the way to go about this is through The Council. ” (2012-02-01 07:27)
Ezekiel Jones says “Some sort of Councilar Prime, or Cuncil Chieftan, who would be bound and limited by Council rules, and thus kept from throwing their weight around as joe and anthor did.” (2012-02-01 07:27)
Ezekiel Jones says “Someone who can serve as a singular representative of our Village, and better direct Council efforts.” (2012-02-01 07:28)

Nokomis grins at Ezekiel. "That pretty much sums up what we need. Sounds good. (2012-02-01 07:57)

Ezekiel Jones says “I think that i can probably work out the mechanics for a fair election on my own, but anthor's contest is going to complicate things if we attempt it now.” (2012-02-01 08:07)
