I'm already in Derby, beginning to make the first preparations for the celebrations. Find me two squares east of the Misfit, for a drink or to stick a knife in my back.

Thought I would wait 'til the last second to post, but obviously I will partake of this wonderful contest. I mean, seein' as I will be doin' a lot of shootin' of powwow'd natives in the near future anyway, right?

Wall E has turned against his former ally. It seems he's also stolen Worf's Bat'leth, and let me tell you, a Bat'leth is a painful way to die!

Where are all my contestants? So far the only posted kill has been on me! Also, I will add Wall E to this scum list.

If it makes you feel better,

±Black Rum killed ±Chief Joe

Wasn't going to mention it since he didn't say anything because he's really a bot. But you looked so down and all.

That'd definitely make me feel better if it wasn't 1.5hrs before the contest start. But I do appreciate the thought! Thanks!

I apologize, I was expectin' a bigger turn out of KoWs grazin' in the long grass of Derby for this. Seems none of them are showin' up to war or party, though. Got one runnin' around in a Wild Bill suit, but I suppose that doesn't count none.

A cow in man's clothing...now there's a funny thought.

Whats the point of even coming to Derby? Apparently standing around is a crime, or something. BRB as I try to find the difference between crime fighting and griefing.

I guess you can chalk it down to circumstantial .

Katie Calhoun never handed Cold Seether a permission slip authorizing Chief Joe to have a beach party.

And when in the world did you really believe that you were no longer KOS anywhere near Derby? "The Dead Men of Derby" engraved that status in stone.

Dead Men of Derby engraved a lot of stuff in stone. And Winter of Terror poured concrete all over it for those of us who hadn't learned our lessons.

So the crux of it is another aborted raid/roleplay thing in Derby. That makes it the second one I personally led, 3rd or 4th one I participated in, depending on how rosy-eyed you look back on Dead Men of Derby.

Meh, this one's on me. I couldn't make up my mind whether I wanted to kill the Derbians or toast them, and ended up doing neither.

Can someone give me a crash course in past events? Again, I have no idea what everyone's talking about (and I haven't been nosy enough to ask).

If the raid's over, I'll be on my way. I'll prolly settle down (peacefully!) near Durham.

Split the difference and roast them. Or die trying.

Those Misfits have gelled... they can hold their own against anyone and not even try too hard. The days of needing Cold Seether as the sworn defender of Derby, fighting alongside a tiny coterie of peers, leaping from the shadows to gun and hack down the diverse hordes of Jacks the Ripper ended some time ago. As neurotic as Katie's crew can be when they're being made the victims, they're also lethal. They can win out against anything thrown at them.

Get your boys together and prove me wrong.

Good idea, Cold Seether. Guess my idea to start a Derby alt and kill shamans who come in just to be a nuisance is as good an idea as any.

Call it 'law enforcement against the natives' and I'll RP a xenophobic maniac who shoots guns and curses their native intrusion. It's certainly not griefing if I'm RPing it, right?
