OK...assuming I can get my Crossbones bar up and running without too many more interruptions (being murdered by stupid cannibals) I can probably offer you wooden clubs, skulls, and possibly poison berry wine in exchange for driftwood. I'm willing to go as far as Raktam to do transactions, but i'll pay extra to have them delivered to the Mandible Isles.
edit: I mean, Yarr!

Anywhere but Skull Island. Haven't went, won't go, too far out of my range.

Mandible Isles is a fair distance away from Skull Island, but it's still in that general area. I can see not wanting to touch ground on Skull Island itself, but the Mandibles ought to be pretty safe.
But, as I say, I'm OK with meeting in Raktam, I just won't offer you as high a trade advantage because I have to factor in travel time. Give me an idea of how many skulls you need and I'll give you an idea of how long it will take to collect them. Wooden clubs won't take too long.

I thought Mandible Island was some sort of weird nickname you came up with for Skull Island. Yeah, okay, I can meet on the smaller part. I'll need about ten skulls in all. How much driftwood you needing? I can swing up to the Durham shipyard and gather it all up.
Edit: I'm all the way in Raktam and am not keen on dying. Could take up to two days to get to the driftwood if I'm not killed.

They call the jaw of Skull Island "Mandible Island" because the mandible is the jaw bone (In case you didn't know) Also, I would be more worried of the pirates, because they are more of a threat than what is left of the cannibals on skull island

For ten skulls and 20 wooden clubs? and meeting at the Mandibles? Twenty-four pieces of driftwood is my asking price. It'll probably be too difficult to make any Poison berry wine in the timeframe you're looking at. I'll need a week minimum just to pick up the skulls and clubs and head back to the Mandibles. As for driftwood, the closest boatyard is here: [-70.238,+26.512]

It'll actually take my a little while to get there. So, the poison berry wine would likely be made by then. If you want to put in the extra effort. If not, that's okay too.

I'll see. I'm not sure if there are grasslands on Skull Island or not. If not, and if they don't have yeastweed at the traders, I can give you a few poisonberry juice pro bono.
Just out of curiosity, is there a name for this business of yours or a reason you're trading these items?

Yeah, but just not as much as there is in the swamps (I think). -------- Oh, and Mencken, there are no grasslands on Skull Island that I know of

Yeah, but I think there is in the grasslands. Plus, it depends on where you search. Derby, from what I've heard, has a lot of yeastweed(...I think ), as does the Crab Claw Swamp

Trust me when I say this, as it is from personal experience. Finding yeastweed anywhere is a hassle. It doesn't seem like much of a hassle, no. Just go and search for it. The amount of yeastweed compared to the amount of effort put in to finding it is NOT worth it. Out of a +75 AP cycle, you will be lucky to get 5 of them. Even that estimate may be generous. Now that you'd found it, you have to have juice. Juice takes time to harvest, juice, inventory space for bottles/gourds. Brewing. Sometimes the brewing process doesn't take. It's a huge amount of effort expounded for little profit or purpose. Even if you manage to sell any at a bar, don't expect to turn a profit. From a business stand-point? Everything about brewing alcohol just won't even out in your AP to gold ratio. This is something I could go on about for awhile, but anyways...
I need the clubs for personal use. They snap like twigs, yet are my preferred weapon of choice. Also, if I feel like being a jerk, I can knock down signs with one strike. Some people may not know it, but it always takes one strike with a club compared to a machete. There is also the accuracy bonus to consider.
Charms are a sort of investment I'm undertaking, in the case that their abilities (if any), are confirmed. I figure I just bury them, then if anything is concrete? Dig them up later and make a profit.
Skulls were meant for decorating Durham on Halloween. I doubt that will pan out, but who knows? I don't make it in time, I'll just make a spooky burial ground out in the middle of the jungle. Driftwood grave-markers with burial treasures (gold and booze) buried underneath. So many things you could do with that, so who knows.
Poison berry wine is my preferred method of suicide if I think I have the chance to be killed on a raiding run. Instead of giving someone else the opportunity to kill me, I just go ahead and do it myself.
As for a name? I didn't really consider it to be any sort of business, other than a one-man trading deal. If you want something catchy to call it? Honest Johnny's Caravan & Sundry Shop.
