Well Dave, they were only small changes.
We were accused on alot of the related boards of trying to impose the rule of York on the other two outsider towns. We have made it clear that we are only here to help, rather than oppress.
We also placed a topic on the discussion page related to a 'Native Scout' section in the 1st.
In addition, when the 1st has enough members I'm interested in having a talk with you about your York Branch security and policies. Perhaps we could help. I'll contact you when i feel we are large enough.

It depends on the person and the situation related to those outsider kills. I have had to kill outsiders in the past; but i am no pker. The cases are individual, if you are a well known pker then your not welcome.
