I haven't found anyone other than running into Cy once. I tried to find what clans they belonged too, but navigating that place is a mess, and the game is nothing like Nexus War was.
I have grown bored with it, and it's only been a few weeks with me.

Just started trying it out a couple of weeks ago, actually, after it was mentioned somewhere here.
I'm myself, Perdition and Inertia there. Never played Nexus War before, so I can't compare.
Mostly been hiding a lot while trying to grind xp so far, but only my demented killer character feels like she has much to do there.

I am grinding up FirstAmongstDaves, Ancient Mariner, and a few slowly rising sparks. Not getting very far very fast, and yep, I also have trouble navigating the place.
Happy to try and get a Shartak clan together there. It was a lot of fun with Nexus War to team up with Opium Joe, Cold Seether and others with our own clan HQ.

If we can make it work without getting crushed instantly, I'm game.
Trying to keep a somewhat tribal style myself, so I'm mostly gonna try to learn how to make and use bows really well. So far I can just barely shoot and fix things, so I'm not sure I can help much yet.

There are currently 3 lvl 1 Black Rums running around somewhere in those dimensions. I'd be happy to dedicate the most successful one to a Shartak clan. I was thinking about going into the repairing, crafting, enchanting biz, but I am nowhere right now.

I'd say neutral, since it's a faction based off of the playerbase here and neutrality would allow everyone who wanted to join to still have his own playstyle.

In case we're still doing this, I've been collecting guns and ammo enough to last a good while. Found a pristine double-barreled shotgun today which needs a new owner, and my inventory is really starting to get crowded in general.
Just still rather low level, since I personally don't want to risk lowering my morality by shooting the wrong person yet. I like being a good guy.
My mass murdering psycho alt is doing well, not too surprisingly.
She might actually descend later today, although wouldnt work well with a shartak related group, when my main there actually is Jhelai.

I'm afraid I stopped playing past the first week. Nexus war has such a tedious start that I can't be bothered to stick with it.

That's one down, but I still have two Black Rums running around. Level 3 and 4 though it's getting easier to gather XP with each new skill.
You don't have to be too scared to hit others Jhelai. The most people I meet are evli natured. I try to be neutral, but I meet soo many evil people, that I'm between 15 and 25 morality all the time.

Min level to start a Faction is 10.
We didn't agree on an alignment, right? I thought unaligned would allow everyone to join, but in fact it restricts access to Transcendentals between -19 and 19 MO. While evil and good alignment allows either Angels/Demons AND Transcendentals to join. So I'd say if anyone else of you plans on being/already is a Angel/Demon, then he'll get to decide the alignment.
For the name I'd go with: "The Shartakian Colony"
