I read one of his miniseries.

The man flexed his bicep, and blew up concrete in the resulting shockwave.

He defused a bomb by using his muscle memory powers and flexing before the bomb causing it to fizzle.

Whenever he flexes, Hero of the Beach appears above him.

He is truly a God.
