I tried changing it, it was too big, and then I resized it and tried again, no dice. Anyone know what the problem might be, and if I can fix it?

Try both uploading from your saved file or pasting a linked image from an image hosting site. Try it a few times various ways. It`s gone goofy on me before but usually works after a few different approaches.
