Hello to my new crew. I look forward to working with you all. Until you have need of me I shall be honing my skills and murdering the savages of Dalpok. I look forward to seeing the lot of you, and am proud to be among you as the ship's new Oracle.

Fellow Brigands of The Bloody Legion,

I need all of yer attentions, please, lest ye' be hauled under keel and generously whipped into submission. Many of us pirates have scattered and gone silent, an old sea captain been lost a little too long and heavy in the bottom of a bottle meself. Dalpok is a wasteland, Durham and Raktam's leadership is becoming unstable, York is now run by flower-fondlin' peasants, Rakmogak is still patting it's belly from the Holy Month of Kril'Mangar and just the other day a young lad from Wiksik crossed paths with me in the jungle and asked if I be one of them gypsy charm peddlers, come with a shipment of silver skull crosses for his grandmother. He actually didn't say those exact words, merely smiled questioningly with a click and a wave before I blasted his teeth out the back of his bowl-cut. Needless to say, we've gotten less bloody as of late and we be needin' somethin' ter pillage and plunder. In roughly one weeks time, we shall be meetin' at The Hanged Misfit in Derby to discuss matters of utmost importance. Any black-hearted fighting man worth his salt is welcome ter attend. It be one of the few stable strongholds left on this cursed island, so let's all have ourselves a drink and a brawl before we march off and burn this bloody island to the ground.

If'n any of ye' have any quarrels with them Misfit folks, perhaps we can work somethin' out. Otherwise, feel free ter linger ominously on the outskirts of town. Don't be :palm:tin' where ye' eat just yet. If you're naught but a lowly deckhand and spent your last piece of eight on a kind-eyed Dugong, I reckon an old sea captain kin spot ye' a drink ter wash away yer regrets. Ye've got roughly a week to get over here and stock up, give or take, as we Brigands ain't much for keepin' time and schedules.

Carry on then, you bastards.

That be a bit faaarrr fore me liking, and a lot o' trekkin' fore any o' the pirates still at yon shipwreck. Me reckons it be easier fore most ter go to Durham (an' it helps that I be tharr already!) and sup with yon men o' Palermo. No disrespectin' yon Misfit, o' coarse.

Yer Gor' Louie

OOC: Barring a venue change, can you post the logs from the meeting to the thread so that pirates on the forum who won't be attending (I definitely won't be) can weigh in on the discussion?

Well, the Misfit-ettes killed me today, but they say it was a just killing and I had no business avenging Opium Joe.

While I find their logic precarious, they did seem sad about it, and I should be at this meeting I guess. So I'll come back with a flag of truce and my cutlass sheathed, and listen in to whatever it be ye wish to talk about, Captain Low.

Miss Payton Gunn: I think you're too quick on the trigger but by my blood's oath I'll not harm you in order to make sure I can participate in the Legion's conference. I'll drink beer and leave for Rakmogak, Wiksik or York afterwards.

Radio BarnCat's been thus far quite content with his patronage in your ranks. He's been focusing mainly on defending your wrecked ship.
