Rule 9: Anyone who joins the clan must be paid a sum of 10 GPs from the leader for joining and voting on at least 2 rules.

Leaders vote: No

1 vote tallied at the end of 48 hours all votes will tally and the total number determines if the rule passes.

Also rule 7 which has already passed says no multiple alts in the clan.

Well it appears the rule has failed.

Since this limited leadership in the group is causing it's failure. The dice as leader and soul vote on the council has decide to over turn rule 3 and change it the increase the power of leader to a higher status.

New Rule 3: The leader's power over clan is not limited, if a tie vote occurs leader decide if to pass it or not. Also leader decide who allies if no one is in the council.

Leader's vote: yes

Rule 8: pirates can join the clan.

Leader's vote: yes.

The council is dead and thus been replace with a more logical clan for the dice. It's call Wandering Aimlessly in Confusion.

If I may say, the council idea was a very confusing clan from start to finish. Starting off at Rule 9 probably didn't help.

Now, if you're through with trying to set up a native government, why don't you join SOAP and help us kill off all the others?

Sorry, Soap but the dice is a peaceful shaman healer. The only reason the non-kill intent status was lost was because Wall-E returned to his tactic of killing dice for sport and one not in the mood. So, dice eject his spirit from the spirit hut.

Yeah, Wall E's a comrade-in-arms. Good man.

Well, good luck with wandering around aimlessly in confusion.
