I, Sheriff of York, hereby declare war on all that isn't York with my pitiful band of miscreants, The Regulators.

In our spare time, many of us may kill at random, according to our own various codes and ethics, although it is not a requirement. Scouts, healers, traders and other pansies are welcome to join at their own risk. I only ask that you blatantly display your allegiance. I don't like cowards or spies and deserters will be shot.
