Memo #1: Who We Are, Why We Are Here, Where We Are Going, Who Do We Have To Kill To Get There
The Shartak Organized Anarchists Posse (SOAP) is a group made up of anarchists and psychotic killers with one goal in mind: the island-wide overthrow of the Native monarchies.
Why are natives killing natives? Why don't natives unite to rid our island of the Outsider plague? There are two explanations.
The cannibals of Skull Island did not always live there. Once they lived on the mainland as well, in the age before the three villages. When the first native chose, not out of grim necessity, but tasteful preference, to feed on another human being, he was greeted, not with the enthusiasm and tolerance that one might expect towards the natural evolution of the species, but with fear and disgust. Shartak's first monarchy, The Kingdom of Skulls, was coronated with a promise to rid the island of this new menace, as only a king elevated to the heights of the Spirits could do. Even with the total control of all fearful natives, The Kingdom of Skulls could not annihilate this terrifying new race, but merely force it off the island. Shamans then bound the cannibal heart by magic, forbidding them to return to Shartak's shores until a new enemy arrived to combat these arcane magics, that is, the outsiders, whose alien GPS disrupted the bindings. Thus the Rakmogaki returned, with a mostly forgotten racial instinct to exterminate the descendents of their ancient captors.
But SOAP isn't merely the old battle between cannibals and their weaker brethren. The Kingdom of Skulls is long dead, erased from existence by the Spirits themselves. The Kingdoms of Dalpok, Wiksik and Raktam are very much alive, and dominate natives everywhere by the presumption that they alone are fit to rule over others, for they say, was it not always so? They rule by decree, by lineage or by conquest, while their people suffer from their caprice. Such arrogance! The Spirits have set our course, for just as they launched a rock from the heavens to obliterate the Skull Throne, so we will take the lead and destroy all thrones, everywhere.
I ask for all natives who have ever questioned why they honour these men and women who sit and judge, to join with SOAP. We do not engage in costly wars against the innocent, as all three kingdoms have done at one time or another, as for sport more than anything else. We do not cloak ourselves in the raiments of civilization, as all three kingdoms do, for we are not civilized, because civilization is for chumps! We seek freedom for all natives, unlike the three kingdoms, who seek obedience from all natives.
I ask for all outsiders who have ever gnashed their teeth at the humiliation of bearing obeisance before some stuck up crown-wearer, to join with SOAP. We will be allies for as long as such an arrangement can last. Make no mistake, you are interlopers here, and we will not permit you to set up your own thrones after the old ones are vacant. But perhaps the enemy of my enemy is my friend.
I ask for all cannibals who seek to reclaim their old lands taken unjustly, to join with SOAP. You will no longer chew the scrawny bones of the outsiders--instead you will savour the greasy flesh of corpulent crown-wearers. The blood of kings and queens will be constant on your tongues and in your throats.
To the Kingdoms of Shartak: any native who wears a crown or willingly serves a crowned native will die. Abandon your thrones, take off your silly hats, and let us restore the land to its former glory. You've been warned.
Death to the Crown!

GENTLEMEN
* Solemn isn't sure how he feels about the native 'gentlemen' counterparts. Very ungentlemanly so far. He has yet to see a 'wot wot', 'cheerio', 'old bean', or the like from them. This is unsettling, and he hopes you act more the part or drop said connotations for fear of the term 'gentleman' being lost to senseless bloodshed and a land rife with a lack of tea-time.

Natives and tea don't mix very well. I'm sure some cannibals found that out through experience.

No. Not yet. The movement is not immediately established yet. When we've been around for a year and killed every royal and royalist twice over, then I would ask you that favour.

Marcy laughs. "And what would lead you to believe you should hang out around me?" Marcy looks The Narrator up and down, and shakes her head. "Not too bright, are you? You haven't exactly made yourself popular in this town, and you sleep in a Resource hut with someone who's already" Marcy continues. "shown that she has no problem killing you." She laughs again, and puts her hand on his shoulder. "Just for that, I'm not going to kill you." Marcy shrugs. "Where's the fun? And it doesn't look like you've killed any of my friends since the last time we met. So, silly little Eoo, I'm going to leave you with your thoughts." Marcy raises a hand. "However, I will be letting whoever I see know exactly where you are, so I don't suggest sitting here in the Weapons hut too long." Marcy walks to the door. She turns back to The Narrator, and says, "Maybe you should double check who you kill in the future. Just a tip." You climb outside. (OOC: Snico just killed him, for completely IC reasons, and I didn't want Marcy cursed. AKA, you got lucky. )

I really hate these annoying little orwhans. If I wasn't preoccupied dethroning tyrants I imagine I would enjoy the prospect of having a proper vampire hunt.

You attacks at crowns across the island do not concern us. We look out for ourselves, each other(if we deem it necessary), and our Eaa. If you were to start this hunt, I will gladly end you and enjoy your Aether. You are just a man with a deep hatred and a blackened soul. If you wish, I will gladly end you like the rabid animal that you are. Otherwise keep your crown wars to yourself and the Orwhans out of it. ~~Akiak

Ha! I don't fear you petty little vampires, nor do I fear anyone that takes orders from a tavern owner of all things. Make no mistake Marcy, if you get in my way, you'll end up on the bad side of a gory scene in my story.
As for snico, she'll pay her for her misdeeds, just as her cowardly employer will when I discover who he is.
You Orwhans should take heed before hindering me in my tasks. I won't hesitate to let my poisons seep your life away.
