As long as other classes get a similar ability for balance I'd be fine with this. I propose all other classes get an ability where they can drag a cannibal corpse with them and hang them from something as an effigy. Like you could prop up a cannibal corpse outside a hut as a decoration or hang them from a gateway. It'd also give people more of a reason to go to Ragmogak. They could kill cannibals to use as decorations or just take their bodies directly from the shaman.
That'd be fun if cannibals get to do it to normal people too. Hardly fair to go "Duck season is closed, it's now Cannibal season!" I feel sorry for the peaceful cannibals. They'd all be mercilessly killed.
Well, that would destroy the balance. Maybe if regular people could eat slices of cannibals or something (but not cook them).

Well then I guess it's settled. Nothing should change with cannibals.
Unless it's restricted Only to Animals, that way Natives and Outsiders could eat animals, but not other Human characters, Cannibals could eat Both, and Pirates could develop the odd ability to Live on Love alone, lol.
