I vote aye. Especially if many of the ideas posted in this thread are used.

Yes, but they won't be. And shouldn't be. Why unbalance the game by making one fruit item so useful, whilst all the others have only eat/juice/brew? I don't wish to sound condescending, but let's look at the bigger picture. There are hundreds of 'flavour' items that all sound great, but if there's little or no difference between them and existing items, then all they do is fill up inventory and add to the already ever-increasing size of the Traders' drop-down menu.

Items are the heart of any role-playing game, ever since Cloaks of Invisibility and Swords of Power, but having them just for the sake of having them overwhelms the items that are worth having. Fungi were an excellent addition to the game. They're flavourful, have relatively few derivatives (fungi, gourd of fungi juice, bottle of fungi juice) and add consequences to actions - extra AP now, at the expense of damage and less AP later.

More of these type of items would be good. More 'coconuts' would be bad.

A island with no coconuts is like a cookie with no chocolate chips.

Sugar cookies?

Ginger snaps?

I agree with Twist.  We need other stuff, not more stupid fruits.

I could get on board with that.

Please don't do that. If you don't have even an inane, pointless comment to add, then don't post anything at all.
