I don't think EVA did justice in her post on what she pulled off. The entire time she was killing Bill he was active killing Uther. Uther got down to 10HP before Wild Bill dropped dead to the floor where he still lays. She tells me she caught Bill right after his first or second shot to Uther where she began to beat the crap out of him with her machete.

I tracked him but his trail literrally ended at [-70.085,+26.358] it said he was just there but nothing after that, he could still be within the vicinity of the area.

Well, it seems that Wild Bill has agreed to a truce. So, his 3 month probationary period begins today.

Now then, my Federation allies, do not kill Wild Bill except in self defense. The terms of the agreement, his terms anyways, is that nobody disturb him in his hut. Although anyone can write their name on a hut and stay in it.
