Since then you've killed Katie, EVA, and Dead Eye Pike. The only one able to carry out sentences that has killed you since you murdered Cain is Baron himself. So you're right, your sentence has been served, and now you have 3 more sentences to serve, earning you a spot on the Temporary KOS List. Well done. Had you not brought this up, you'd have 2 less to serve. On behalf of The Federation, I applaud your efforts.

Defending yourself from justice is in itself a crime. If I were an I'd tag on "assaulting an officer."

Did the murder of BJP occur on PenFed soil, or was it just randomly somewhere?  Or is there a difference in regards to PenFed law?

From my understanding according to their law a Derbian commits a crime or is a victim, if a PF member commits a crime or is a victim, or if it's derby all fall under their jurisdiction.

2.)Crime is required to have been:*

• Done to or by a citizen of Derby.
• Done to or by a member of The Peninsula Federation
• Taken place in Derby.

NOTE:*All need not apply. All of them fall under my jurisdiction.

And according to that last bit there any of those reasons can stand on there own for judicial action to take place. If a Erich Zann was killed in Wiksik by Leatherface he could report it. Or if Last Laugh were to kill that little cube thing at The Shipwreck, and the little cube reported it than Uther would add The Laughing Thunder to his list.

The assassination of Mr. Pershing took place in a daring daylight raid on the Baron's chateau in Port Breton (actually I was there stealing wine from the Baron's Wine Cellar, it was just luck that BJP was there. I missed the Baron by one day).

Just to note that I do not agree with the Minister of Justice's policies for the definition of a 'criminal'. The only reason I am quoting this one is because it was said in my bar. That is about all I can say since the rest are private messages which I won't quote in the forum.

Wild Bill called for a truce and agreed to not kill anyone but help us. I have no idea why Uther has him on a probationary period. But do not kill Wild Bill.

You forget Anthor, that in the eyes of The Federation, I'm no diplomat. Mayhaps the KOW could learn better law enforcement. I'd be more than willing to give you some pointers.

Port Breton is a territory of Derby. However, even if it wasn't, Anthor's actions constitute murder.

I don't mind a bit of constructive criticism Katie, but as far as Derby's residents and their enemies, I will have order, and a side of fries.

Katie is 100% right on the matter of Wild Bill. He is no longer KOS, but even if he disagrees with a probationary period, he's already called for a truce, might as well get it out the way.
