Seether's has been Sheriff of Derby since the Eastern Federation and always has claimed so...even now he says the same thing. I think it was FAD that gave him the job back then. It's here in this thread somewhere. The Misfits all acknowledged him a long time ago as the Sheriff after telling us he considers having never left the job.

The job came from the old squid, Ellie, old Jimmy Barnes, Javier Sortani, Bobby Zombie, G3nny, and the rest... They all went traipsing off the Fort Creedy back in the day and left an old fat man to protect the homestead. Of course, they accomplished diddly squat over there and we got ourselves invaded by pirates and grumpy Wiksikers, but that's just how it works. Gotta say, I miss those enemies. You ain't lived until you gun down Anne Bonney, take three steps and find Bodypops with Wolves and Dian Cecht both jumping down from the trees. Hell of a time for the rifle to go "click", I tell you...

It's settled then. I'll be forming a group entirely dedicated to upholding law in Derby, and known surrounding areas (such as Port Breton and whatnot.)
It will also be dedicated to the defense of Derby, and said areas stated above, under the laws with which I've revised, which I feel obligated to say, Deus has pre-screened, in a way, and approve of. (Good enough for me.).

Instead of making up your own laws again you should talk it over with Sheriff Seethers since the rest of us has pretty much agreed we don't need that many. Serial killers and anyone killing in my bar get hung but other then that you better check with Cold.

I'm confident that you might agree with the revisions I've made. Seether, well, given his opinion on Teksura's murder, he'll likely have some form of disagreement (I'm just assuming that given my observation just minutes ago.)

I'll talk some of this over with Seether tomorrow, and see if I can't gain his worthwhile support here. Right now, I must rest.
