There are times when playing Etherdrifter gets to be difficult. I find myself at a loss of what to do next. I really don't feel that undead vibe.
So I go out and get absolutely wasted and wake up in the morning feeling VERY undead. Such is the case today.
Thus... I need to ask... Now I'm done with undead inspiration and I have the behemoth of all hangovers...
IS THERE A CURE?!?!

The worst I've had were moderate headaches, I never get seriously wasted. So I don't have much XP in that department. Well, from what I've heard... There probably isn't. Water is always good. Sour things might alleviate the condition somewhat. (E.g. pickles) Also, an article. http://lifehacker.com/5521089/hangover-cures-myth-legend-and-factI usually drink a lot of water. Can't go wrong with that.

lol pickles.... that would be inst-barf for me.
I recommend bread or potatoes, juice, low light and low noise. Eat, drink and go back to bed.
Wake up alive! Good luck Ether, I feel for you.
I have an 'arse up cock tail party' to goto tonight, so I might be heading my own advise tomorrow am when I have to get in the car for 2 hours.

If you feel that way, it probably would But don't underestimate sour foods and drinks. They seem to work on many people around me.

When I get a bad hangover I drink a bunch of water and go back to bed. If you can get back to sleep you have a good chance of waking up fine. If that doesn't work I take about 800 miligrams of ibuprofen and drink some beer. That's easier said than done some mornings, if you have a hard time drinking, get the beer at room temperature it'll go down easier. If you absolutely can't drink a beer slam down some liquor you'll either throw up or get it down, both outcomes will make you feel better.

When I was in the Corps, the cure to a hangover was simply more booze if it was a weekend. I don't recommend it though. The Corpsman would hook himself up with an IV of saline solution. I don't recommend that either. On workdays, it also helped having at least a 5-mile run every morning, or better yet, straight-up training in the field. That's always forced whatever I had in me out through every orifice. Sometimes I'd go get a huge carne asada burrito and a large coke and that would work pretty well.
Good times. At least go heavy on the water, that's pretty much standard.

I had couple of friends who went to med school. They told me one of the most important things they learned was how to drink at night and not have a hangover the next day so they could get to class on time. When going to bed after drinking with their friends they would of course drink plenty of water but would also put lemon slices under the arm pits before sleeping. Something to do with the acidic levels in lemons that prevents dehydration and therefore headaches because it helps retain fluid.

Interesting, I might have to experiment on that.

Don't the lemons result in burnt/injured skin? The acid is pretty strong when you think about it...

You would think but I just googled it. It seems rubbing lemons in the arm pits is pretty well known holistic preventative for hangovers and others problems. I had heard about the lemons before but had never looked it up.

Drink as much water as you possibly can BEFORE going to bed, if you drink enough you can potentially skip even having the hang over in the first place. I know it is really tough to do that when you are drunk, but if you can get into the habit and force yourself you will be glad you did. That was what I used to do and it always worked. Eventually, I just got to the point when I was leaning towards type B and drinking all the time, and I just felt like all the time, so I stopped drinking pretty much entirely (these days I cut myself off at one beer and I won't touch hard alcohol anymore). But as long as your drinking is more "weekend" or "social" then go for drinking loads of water before bed. Like Jack said, you might puke, but you will feel better from that as well, and you will probably sleep better. So, to recap, before you go to bed: 1) Drink lots of water 2) Puke

yeah, puking will help and water will help, but when your drunk enough, you'll fall asleep in any corner you find yourself in, water or not.
wake up with a hang over... get some fried chicken!!!!
Seriously, fried chicken and plain rice. don't get like premire fried chicken either with lots of spices and stuff... get the greasy KFC fried chicken.
If no fried chicken is around, then I always go for scrambled eggs... cooked in lots of butter.
