Yeah, I don't hold it against you for choosing a good race.

You still playing?

Alexander had to leave because of how long the game was going on. I set his side to be a bot. I -just- finished the game. That was... rather long.

Oh, and woot, I won!
Oh wow. Thought the plan was to save the game... rather surprised that you managed to beat all three sides in three hours or so. Maybe ARMbot did a bit more to fight Purple and Green than I'd been doing.
I watched the replay until Alexander quit. AI totally screwed my army and lost all the units, it was a bit painul to watch

It also made the leader walk around and take damage here and there....
Wait... is that what the replay is? I'd assumed that that allowed you to play the level a second time and was wondering what the difference was between that and the regular save. Cool.
Edit: and my save files for this game- I swear I saw some when going in to load Isle of the Damned- seem to have disappeared from my replaying said level. Darn it... it's titled the something cross or whatever, right?
Also, map a bit too small with too much gold. Hard to talk about strategy when all the sides amass so many units it becomes a problem to place them all on your territory.
Yeah, rather ironic that the small map actually makes the game move slower. Would make a good map for short games if we had far less gold. I'm thinking something like 200 gold should be fine, though if we wanted (especially on that map) we could go straight to 100 and just do a really short game- better it be too short and over than too long and taking forever. Another thought of mine is that we might have a few more villages as well, so that gold is based more on income than initial supply.
Actually... anyone up for a short, experimental game, say, next Monday? (though I'd prefer Saturday or Sunday, or any Saturday after next weekend). I'm thinking 100 gold, maybe same map, I'd suggest (though this is unrelated to the short-game experiment) no fog of war- shroud is fine with me, though- as it seems to often make waiting through other people's turns boring- for most of this game I was under the impression that Buttercup was really slow at making decisions.
