There are ancient warrior spirits on Wicksick Island. The island was the resting place of Black Fang, Grand Tyrant of the Kingdom of Skulls. The island itself falls under Kingdom of Skulls territory. It is a sacred land which belongs to the native people, a resting place for our fallen. The Peninsular Federation has sought to claim it as their own. I will simply not allow that. Any native warrior worth his salt ought to be aware of the threat and consider including the island in their patrols. Warriors of Wiksik, southeast of the village you will find a path that leads to Wicksick Island. Make this journey and honor your ancestors.

Swarm, come rest your weary bones and allow me to end your thirst.

Quote
Bobby the Hatchet brandishes his sword, drawing a circle in the sand. "And just who do we have here? A lost little ghost of the Federation..."
Bobby the Hatchet hefts the sword over his broad shoulders, spitting blood and grinning like a madman. "Here's how this is gonna work..."
Bobby the Hatchet grabs you by the hair, lifting you to eye-level, "When you depart this cute little body, you are going to drift back over to Derby..."
You say “And you are going to tell the Federation that Wicksick Island falls under the Kingdom of Skulls Territory.”
You say “This is sacred land of the native people, not to be defiled by the soft hands.”
You say “Any outsider found trespassing the Kingdom of Skulls territory, does so at their own peril.”
[attack]
Bobby the Hatchet rolls his eyes into the back of his head. "Tell them the Kingdom of Skulls is not dead."
[attack]
Bobby the Hatchet brings the blade across your stomach, in an eviscerating slash. "Tell them the mongrel butcher has not forgotten."
[attack]
Bobby the Hatchet slices your Achilles tendons, kicking you to the ground. "We will neither bow nor forsake our sacred lands."
[attack]
Bobby the Hatchet stands over you, glaring downward with derision, "And we will certainly never die."
You say “The Black Hand is watching.”
Bobby the Hatchet raises the blade into the sunlight, chanting an ancient prayer. He pauses in silence for a moment and then brings it down onto your neck with the chilling grace of an executioner.

You and your f****** heavyswords

I wanted to kill them!  And actually, I believe that Derby (Penisula Foundation or some sorts) owns Midway Island.

The new Federation is making a claim on Kingdom of Skulls territory.  Nothing more, nothing less.

And that just won't do.

Wow, you guys are really late.  We've been holding Midway for like a month, everyone left since no one opposed... Just little old me hanging out writing a play.  Congrats, I'm sure I put up a fight!

When the Federation laid claim to the island, not a peep came from the Kingdom of Skulls.  So I guess you guys should just start paying better attention, because the federation has plans for this place.

Phew, I had a great night sleep. One of those awesome sleeps where you are still tired even after that first cup of coffee and a cigarette.

So, are there turtles back on Midway? When I was sitting on the island and patrolling the seas for those two weeks last month after we announced our landing on Midway they were the only ones putting up a fight. I finished off that lot, so I assumed the war was won.

The Peninsula Federation is currently too busy, given the celebratory gladiatorial contests we will be holding this weekend, to strike back, but count on us sending the Grand Army next week led by the Minister of War and myself. We shall not, I say, we shall not allow the murder of the Minister of Culture to go unavenged and we shall defend the sovereign territory of Derby, Port Breton, Midway Island and the South Eastern Isles. The Peninsula Federation has risen again, and we shall no longer slumber in the arms of sweet, sweet sleep!

Perhaps I was waiting for the play that never came. The native culture in this region is dead and it'll be a long while before it ever bounces back. A single warrior can only barely scratch the surface.

I commend the Federation's efforts. When I last visited Derby I found it to be quite dismal. It is good to watch the growth of a formidable enemy, perhaps we shall meet again on the battlefield. If the Federation has plans for Wicksick Island in the future, I'd suggest they send an army rather than an acting troupe.

Welcome to the neighborhood.

We sent an army last time, and we shall send one again, and after that we shall another and then a great, titanic wave! An army of tried and true patriots. Pour la gloire! Pour la victoire! Pour Derby sans peur et sans reproche!

It's sad Bobby is the only old-fashioned Wiksik hunter. The island is already lost.

It's sad that someone should speak so ill of their ally's interests in such a manner.  We bow our heads at the disunion of the native people in this day and age.

He's implying that since you are both natives, you should support each other.

As if we weren't different enough and killing those of our own kind.
Personally, I couldn't care less about that island. It's just that Wiksik seems to have lost all its spirit.

It is a troubling time for the territory. Wicksick Island is all but abandoned to the clean teeth as my Rakmogaki brothers invade a sister village. Wiksik is content to sit, counting bones; the people have lost their way. I walk among them as an outlaw and a savage. Today I took the life of an outsider they say may have once worked for the Wicksick Headhunters. I shall mount his skull with honor, facing north, once I have thoroughly feasted.

You say “Wicksick Island remains Kingdom of Skulls territory. I can't risk you healing invaders or scouting on me to the Federation now can I?”
Bobby the Hatchet brings the sword down in a violent splash of crimson, "Besides, the sharks and I were getting hungry."
