Saw you on there Bobby, hope you can make it.

You guys do know there's an option in the character prefs (edit profile) to enable the server time to be shown underneath the map? It shows UTC/GMT always so you can use that to check your timezone calculations!

Login to your account, login to the character, click the Settings button on the first row below the map, scroll down to the display options section and it's the third one on the list "Include the server time on the main page"

Ah, nice, I usually Google it or do gorilla math. I just misread the final time. I think I read 20:00 as 00:00. No biggie. I wish more people had shown up, but I realize it's hard to coordinate these kinda things. I have a really slow connection, so I don't expect to do well in a live fight, just showin' up for the sake of the fight. I'll try to make it for tomorrow's match as well, but I'll be out grillin' steaks around that time and most likely drunk, so we'll see what happens. Eyes of a Hawk has already skunked the rest of us with two kills out of a three round event, but I'd hate to bow out midway. If I'm not there tomorrow it'll be from some real life distraction.

Ditto, pretty shattered dealing with real life commitments and re-waking up at midnight (As I live in Kent England), so ill be there, but may not `be there` if you know what I mean.

Good event though, great idea, its inspired me to semi create a battle royale event, but no idea how id go about certain aspects, thought of the perfect location.

Hey, thanks for the event and congrats to Eyes of a Hawk. Figures the trident finds itself in the hands of a Kraken Hunter. I cursed my internet and just sorta wandered off, but it was cool. Hope to see more fighters next time.

I too thought the time was different so got there right when Hawk landed the last blow and won. I was hoping there would be a copy of what happened posted here but I was there for the ceremony when Baron Robert Surcouf passed the trident to Eyes of a Hawk. Hawk later came into the Hanged Misfit Pub and showed off his new toy to everyone. He almost knocked down all the bottle of booze when he set the huge thing on the bar and ordered beers for everyone.

Thanks to everyone who participated and congratulations to Eyes of a Hawk, may you skewer many a Kraken!

Sorry for all of the confusion with everything, this was our first event as a group, and in terms of running this actual combat, this was my first event in particular. I know that I made it all spectacularly confusing and harder than it needed to be! In the future I hope to be more organized and provide a more smoothly run event for everyone.
