It's ironic: People kill people who PK, becoming player-killers themselves, thus being killed by another person who think's they are killing some blood-thirst maniac. It's a cycle of which will never end.

Not if someone has their head about the game. When I check someone's profile to see if they're worth killing, I take clan into account. So if my pirate character wanted to run around capping pirate team-killers (which he doesn't, natives will do nicely), he'd see that the Jolly Rogers only attack pirates in retaliation. Whereas some guy who has tons of pirate kills and no allegiance is probably not so altruistic..

I never knew about the weekly payouts while I was a member of the JRG (before I followed FirstAmongstDaves into the 1st Imperial Privateers). I don't suppose there's any chance of getting my back-pay...

We hunt pirates that kill other innocent pirates. Long Fin Killie, Zombie Ninja, etc.

The problem with that is that it becomes difficult to see who are the pirates who kill pirates in self defense, and who are the actual traitors. Long Fin Killie has more pirate kills than Jim The Rum Brewer and I have non-pirate kills, but then he's the most notorious pirate killing pirate out there. For the others, it is not so clear. My longtime rival Blackbeard is certainly an honest pirate, if there were such a thing.

Well tim we started the wage plan after the Ist was formed so you wouldn't be able to claim any wages snice we never paid any out.

Also a pirate Killer is looked at for everything. does his profile say he only attacks rivials or has anyone reported a unjust killing by this man. The JRG does not go around killing whoever we think desreves to die. unlike other groups we have strict polcies which every member must follow or be subject to punishment.
