What I, SofaKing, have learned from this encounter with Sympathetic Phil's mercenary crew is that they have, above all else, a powerful and unyielding obsession with men's testicles.
You say that like it's a bad thing.

All right everybody, I think we're all wrapped up here. And, I like to think everyone enjoyed themselves - I know I did. The turn-out on the Mercenaries side was encouraging, and both sides played a good game. Considering the Raktami's were outnumbered, with only a few dedicated defenders, they put up a good fight, and proabably would have come out evens without the Mercenaries' benefit of surprise. From the Mercenaries Guild side, the statistics are as follows:
TOTAL PARTICIPANTS: 9 TOTAL KILLS: 34 (inc. 2 Najdam kills) TOTAL DEATHS: 15 AVERAGE KILLS PER DEATH: 2.26 TOTAL BOUNTIES: 860GC
MOST KILLS: 8 (Sympathetic Phil) MOST DEATHS: 3 (Iwashere and The Prisoner) MOST KILLS PER DEATH: 5 (Endzone) MOST BOUNTIES: 150GC (Iwashere)
Note that this doesn't include FirstAmongstDaves or Poisonous Soldier's kills or deaths, since, like Anthor, they turned up uninvited and without official sanction. They certainly aren't being paid anything. Still, misplaced as it was, we appreciate their enthusiasm.
It's also the first time I've posted entirely in-character in a thread, although I appreciate that the distinction may be a little blurred, since Phil is also a loud-mouthed ignoramus with little patience for idiots.

Yes, Phil, that was *coughs* something. As for my own personal stats... I killed 8 evil-doers and was killed 4 times in the same period. My views on the past week.

You still have some delusions your arses were not kicked... Should you come back with more peaceful intentions, you might experience our hospitality as well, not just martial skills. Yodas, it was a coordinated kill. Although I did not know who would come to finish you at first. In any case, not very wise to take a nap on the stairs of the Court.

Should you come back with more peaceful intentions, you might experience our hospitality as well, not just martial skills. 34 kills to 15 deaths, mate. That's a | 2.27/1 | K/D ratio. (Calculators FTW) I don't know about you guys, but that's considered pretty good where I come from. In all seriousness, it was a good one. I might take you up on the offer to come back, were it not for the fact that your king has declared a personal vendetta against me for (allegedly) offing Najdam on the last day.

Monaliza kicked your . Baraka is about even between kills and deaths. If you count in all the civilians, then might be but keep in mind that most of them weren't interested in fighting back. You left without a single coin from Raktam. That is a victory for me.

I subjectively think the Royal Court did a good job of defence. I was 2:2 k/d, nailed by both SofaKing and monaliza. Admittedly though they repeatedly didn't check the NE sector out of town - which is where most attackers hide, and instead concentrated on the huts (which is where I got killed both times) where its easier to track.
