Daves is an international freelance assassin, working for various intelligence agencies such as MI6, the CIA, and Mossad. You may have seen his handiwork on CNN or the evening news.

Ages ago there was a poll asking where people come from. I think there were a lot more Brits than Americans. I'll set up a new poll, as I'm curious to see if that's changed.

(Actually, I run an intellectual property law firm, and most of our clients are overseas. I don't travel as much as I should because I have kids, and I prefer to spend time with them.)

Isn't it a shrimp (which we call "prawns")?

My accent has smoothed out as a consequence of living overseas and teaching while overseas, although my girlfriend picks on me when I pronounce "brilliant" as "briyyant". I was listening to myself speak (which I used to do when I was a teacher in Japan) when I was in Boston and I sound vaguely English, but not really.
