Posting into a locked thread?

Why do we have someone continually posting into a locked thread here? http://forum.shartak.com/index.php/topic,2692.0.html

I was led to believe that this was an unbiased forum for the game. There is most definitely evidence of favouritism here.

I don't see anything in the forum rules that states that you cannot lock and unlock your own thread. If this is not something that is acceptable then it should be stated clearly in the forum rules thread. I would request for the future that a mod ask a user to not lock their thread if that is not an acceptable method of usage, rather than the lock/unlock commands being removed. I'm happy to follow the forum rules.

I was using that thread as an IC thread for the Kingdom of Wiksik... as I cannot post anything related to the War in Wiksik without getting harassed by Skull Face and multiple other members of the KOS. In fact I've been threatened with having all my private posts publicly outed by Skull Face, multiple times. I guess the only way to not get harassed anymore is for me to stop posting entirely, as it now seems there's nowhere I can post without Skull Face following me.
