A question - is it possible to adjust the forum member statistics pages to show all topics started by that member? And in which forum? I would like to be able to see this information, mainly to keep track of other people's suggestions that I have thoughts on further down the line, or wish to follow up based on other game developments.

I don't know enough about the internals of SMF to be able to implement such a thing securely. It doesn't seem to be possible to use the advanced search either since you have to actually search for something.

Fair do's. I have just realised, though, that you can filter boards by 'Started by' and trawl through them. It's roundabout, but manageable.
