*A whispering fills the throne room, amusement clear in it's tone*
Ah the queen shows her true intentions, to break the court's long standing alliance with the guild. Far be it for one such as I to interfere with such plans no?
Guild law will stand, as will my edict.
"Should a member of the Royal Court murder, or assist in murdering, a peaceful guild member, regardless of location, that court member will be treated as if the murder had occurred in Wiksik and the prescribed penalty applied."
Ah but let it not be said that the guild is petty, unlike your queen we do not begrudge you to visit us as guests provided you abide by our laws, as always. Unlike the ones your queen would impose upon us, ours are unlikely to impose upon you, unless you choose to dwell within our hut of course in which case enjoy the songs of the dead and take strength from them.
*The whispering ceases for a moment before returning, much more ominously*
The guild withdraws it's protection from Raktam, spirits may feed there at will now and I hear your little throne room is quite the gathering place...
*It's message passed on the spirit dissipates into the ether, no doubt returning to it's master's side...*
Your envoy is the one who abused his power. We as Raktami will stand up for our kingdom and IT'S laws. Killing in the Court is prohibited...PERIOD. NG law does NOT supercede Kingdom law.

You attack Aiden Dakari and miss. Unlucky or just clumsy? The blade snaps off and you're left holding the handle, which you discard. You whisper to Aiden Dakari, “Fffffffffffffffffff-!” Solemn fuggin' books it. "His bum, it is of the steel and diamond! Beware, he craps thunder and pisses lightning!"

Guild law holds precedence upon guild land. A spirit hut is guild land, otherwise it's just a hut with a few people in it. A crime was committed (to whit the invocation of a spirit from that land with intent to exorcise). Thus a guild representative carried out the sentence of execution. Since there is no written law against killing within the court room and non were verbalised before the execution was carried out...

I liked Iljimae's reply better.
But thanks for your opinion.
A red tailed myna bird lands on the relevant bed stands of the parties involved with a missive reading: Dearest Parties Involved, If the Queen does in fact approve of this course of action, I would like to propose to you, Necromancers Etherdrifter, that the Peninsula Federation would welcome your contingents' presence on Midway Island, also, we shall hold good on our proposal to clear paths to Midway thus making it easier for your necromancers to travel between Midway, Derby, York, and Wicksick. I think this would be an ideal solution for all parties involved, including we in the Peninsula Federation. If the parties involved would let me know of their decision, or if I should keep my Gallican nose out of this matter. Adieu. Most Humbly Yours, Baron Robert Surcouf, Lord of Derby, Port Breton, Midway Island and the South Eastern Isles

There are a great deal of cases documented in Raktami history where it has been written, proclaimed and stated that killing within the Royal Court is prohibited. Ignorance of history and laws does not make them non existent. Also: I see your "response" to our request that you vacate Raktam has been made. the NG is nothing more than a self righteous, disrespectful bunch clearly! Mortis kills monaliza with a machete. You attack monaliza with a machete for 3 damage. They die. Underworld log successful.
Mortis says "The Court's decision to force necromancers from Raktam has brought a dark, rotting omen upon Raktam. Prepare yourselves, the necromancers bloodlust WILL be fulfilled!"
Mortis cackles in a haunting tone.
Mortis reanimates the corpse of monaliza.
Mortis orders the zombie of monaliza to mock the pitful figureheads of Raktam's monarchy.
Mortis releases the zombie of monaliza from the spell and watches as the corpse falls lifelessly to the ground
Just because The Court granted us a hut in Raktam, does not make The Court immune to our laws on our land. You shall reap what you sew.

Nor does it make you immune to OUR laws on OUR land. Which is everything ELSE from your hut in Raktam.

The crime committed was on guild land, to whit summoning with intent to exorcise.
Thus sentence was carried out when the perpetrator fled.

I couldn't have said it better myself. Just because Nyaralothotep hides in your pitiful Court does not make him immune to his sentence. (Mortis, please be mindful of the posting order. Someone reported my death already and I have since killed you in return.)
Posting order shmosting order.

In doing this, you desecrated OUR laws, yet now you are not willing to own up to that yourself. While operating in a Kingdom's territory, you are completely subject to their laws and decisions. It has now been decided, for violating our laws, that you are to leave.

I see now RC laws. At least none on display. Perhaps you would do well to rectify that hrm? Guild law is plain for all to see...
