Oh yeah, forgot, only native skills.
:\
Question, can scientists cure bleeding caused by any animal on themselves and others?
That's a question the wiki should answer... instead it says this: Field Surgery - Skilled at healing, even in the middle of nowhere (requires Emergency first aid) Allows the Scientist to heal shark bites (3AP for 2XP reward), possibly poison? Not available to scientists below level 10. Thank you, Neil, for the much more descriptive explanations of skills!

Nail, for the description of outsider classes it'd probably be good to add what each class starts with. I haven't started a character in quite some time so have no idea what any of them are.

I was thinking that as well, but I have no idea either. Personally, I always assumed it was random.
I also want to set up a Skill Tree page, which shows what skills branch from what in what classes. Don't know if I should do this individually in each classes page or what or have one giant one that has links to the classes based on the skills. Theoretically this type of page should wait until they are all done and explained.
Question for the group, should agriculture have it's own page? Have people done research on that skill and found out what causes what? If so, let me know.

Starting inventory is fixed per character class but it does change from time to time as new items are added that may be more relevant.

Neil, don't just say shark bites if scientists can heal BLEEDING.
Sharks aren't the only animals in shartak that can cause bleeding. There are tigers/ferocious tigers, bears, shargles/ferocious shargles, and of course sharks.
So just say can heal bleeding.

I have been meaning (but don't really have the time) to create wiki pages for both agriculture and fire. Both can provide basic information at first and more detailed information as better understanding of both mechanisms is gained.

Okay cool, did not know that for sure. Also, Iceman sent me the starting inventory for a Settler. If people know the starting inventory for other classes, or if the info provided on the wiki is correct in the original skills page, send me a PM please so I can add it to the new pages.

I do believe that the page is right, but just to be sure, people who are able to make new accounts should make new accounts, look at their inventories, write it down, retire that character, and do it again for the other classes.

Both can provide basic information at first and more detailed information as better understanding of both mechanisms is gained. Does this mean that there will be Agriculture/Fire pages and descriptions of the skills under the skills heading? I think they should be separate because you can participate in both without the skills, and maybe link over to the skills page where they are elaborated on? That way, if you are looking for the skill, you will find it under the skills for both classes, while if you are looking for what wildfires are doing surrounding your camp, you can find it under Fire.

My plan is to create a general skills page which will have a simple description of Agriculture and Firecraft, which will have a link that will go to a more detailed page. Speaking of details, if someone could capture some pics of tiles on fire, and tile of burnt jungle, that be great.

Nice work Neil. Real nice. How come Twist doesn't get a mention though? As the handsomest and most boner-inducingest man on the island, it seems only right.

Very nice job Neil, your certainly creating those pages fast Haunting Scream: " It is believed that a spirit receives 0-2 XP per scream depending upon the number of listeners (perhaps 0, 1, 2+ yields 0, 1, 2 XP). Requires Ghostly Whisper to learn. " One of my characters has haunting scream, and used it about 30 times, and everytime I screamed I gained 2 XP. There was 1 person on my square and 1 other person 1 block south of my square.

Not done yet. Was saving Twist for the Clan Leadership page. Hey, I need names of famous native, so I can change the flavor text on that Native Classes page to include actual natives. And Swarm, I have Etherdrifter himself looking into the spirit skills for me. Question to the group. Do you think Psychic Recognition and it's previous skill should be on a separate page, or should it be lumped with the spirit skills?
