is there one? like a nominated hit list, asking for fellow natives to kill said player for whatever reason, generally a "bad" one.
if not, why not? say a "please help kill XXXX" for being a jerk, or for killing me, or whatever, got to give a "real"reason, not just throw names out, but whatever.

There's a bounty list up at http://wiki.shartak.com/index.php/Raktam_Security_Consultancy, which is like a hitlist but you get paid. Most of the recent bounties were for an experienced fighter in the NRF (don't worry, they said I could say that), and are for crimes against the native community at large. |

Native. Famous Raktam-based PKer, does not currently sleep in Raktam but rarely strays far from the town unless lost. May currently be working on a mango plantation near Raktam.
