15/6/09

The Camp Crown, Roaming Crown and Shaman Grand Slam Championships are titles bestowed unto accomplished shaman hunters by the Greater York Federation for their outstanding athletic achievements. Potential champions/applicants are required to have at least 3 different camp or shaman kills. The winners of each respective championship are listed below. Oqtasian and Eyes of a Hawk are the first and second inaugural Shaman Grand Slam Champions respectively, so it is implied that kills prior to the commissioning of the Shaman Grand Slam are counted towards a hunter's scorecard.

To claim championship prize money, your character must be a confirmed winner of the title they are trying to claim (usually listed on the tables below). After confirmation, your character will maintain a credit with Unity Bank based on their completed achievement(s) i.e. 1000 gold credit for Camp Crown Championship. If you choose to withdraw it, speak with Unity Bank representative Merchant of Death in York to claim your reward.

No time limit, as this is not a timed contest per se, but I'd prefer this topic was stickied... for a long time.

Current champions are listed at http://wiki.shartak.com/index.php/Shaman_Grand_Slam

Rank of inaugural champions are determined by seniority (in other words, older accounts will rank higher on the ladder).

Camper Champions (kill all 8 camp shamans):
1. oqtasian
2. AlexanderRM
3. Eyes of a Hawk

Wandering Champions (kill all 8 roaming shamans):
1. oqtasian
2. Eyes of a Hawk

Shaman Grand Slam Champions (achieve both Camper and Wandering Championships):
1. oqtasian
2. Eyes of a Hawk

I also have no idea how this is a contest.

Just whomever kills all shamans gets the gold?  But what is multiple people do it?  They all get the same amount of gold?

A. Yes, anyone who kills all the shamans and achieves the respective championship earn that amount of gold.

Q. But what is multiple people do it? They all get the same amount of gold?
A. Anyone can participate. Only recognised champions recieve the listed prize of each respective championship. There is no time limit.

what, are you guys tired of having so much money??  This doesn't really seem that hard to do.

I guess I better get to killing!  I've been looking for something to do with my pirate.

Aye, but if you team up with a friend and/or convert XP or drink fungi juice, it's possible to kill one.

You attack Shubar with a knife for 2 damage. They die. You gain 53 XP.

Hahahahaha...

Wait until you get to the roaming shamen... most of the challenge with those guys is FINDING them. One of them, I remember, I followed around for forever, kept trying to kill him, failing, reviving at him, but then having to track him down again after resting to regain AP. That was awhile ago.
This reminds me, though, I really need to get back to killing roaming Shamen... I bet I COULD get some done if I worked at it.

You're missing the point Neil. DLC showed him his cock, and Nadjam died of fright
