Dappled Shadow sought permission of the Grand Tyrant to establish an Embassy of the Royal Court of Greater Raktam in Wiksik. No one seemed to be around, so Dappled Shadow opened one anyway, hopeful that this does not cause offence.

The Embassy will not offer refuge to violent outsiders, and in fact will assist in repelling them from Wiksik territory.

Dappled Shadow will be welcomed in Wiksik by the Kingdom of Skulls.

As soon as we return from our current mission, I will stop by and visit.

There can be no offense taken when someone comes to help.

Wiksik is under constant siege from GSUCkers and their puppets. Any help sticking their heads on pikes will be much appreciated.
