In order to ensure that your local Utility Bank branch manager remains in town overnight there will from now on be a fee of ten gold coins per day or twenty gold coins per day to return to their branch every night. This is town wide and may be contributed by any number of people, even on an automatic basis from Utility Bank accounts.

Each time a banker is killed, another ten gold coins will be required for the branch to return.
