Looks like your Outsider's hex code for ASCII characters. It could be any number of things after that, the frequencies look pretty borked.

Figured I should post it in a manner that you don't need to type it in one number at a time...
51 6d 52 32 62 79 42 7a 59 33 42 76 62 79 42 79 64 57 70 69 5a 43 77 67 61 33 41 67 61 32 70 76 49 47 35 72 63 33 4e 6e 62 79 42 72 63 69 42 79 64 57 70 69 5a 43 42 6c 64 57 52 30 62 79 42 7a 61 79 42 4f 49 47 46 7a 49 46 52 77 59 58 70 35 49 46 4a 68 5a 32 64 78 4c 43 42 68 61 6d 67 67 65 57 74 31 49 48 64 6b 5a 32 63 67 63 47 39 30 62 32 52 32 62 79 42 7a 59 32 38 67 63 6d 52 71 59 57 63 67 5a 47 70 78 63 33 42 31 64 48 4e 6b 61 32 70 78 4c 67 3d 3d

The Fourth and Final Clue...
zmtWay otay nvhbQay dpiwc, YjSay ghway etcoay urryay gu, Imc'oofay kjuday xrgpq, YinBay jsmpgay orvzzpnay srz!iay
It has come to my attention that this one may just be a little too difficult... therefore if the 2 people who have had this clue for the last day or two can't solve this, let me know and I will peel a layer away.

I figured you weren't on the mainland. Too bad I guessed the eastern most islands first. Well, I was closest to them, so it made sense to check there first. Next time I will: A. Stock up on supplies before a contest starts. B. Make sure I have trekking before a contest starts. (And for this one swimming would've been good as well...)

Dang... I have a character in Dalpok with a ton of healing herbs and all the reasonably useful skills in getting there (exploration tree, natural medicine)... and guess what... he's absolutely 100% peaceful, so even if Anthor did say something somewhere about being able to negotiate instead (and, if the kidnapper is an outsider, guess which skills he DOESN'T have most of?) he'd have no use for the heavy sword.

Holy Spirit found Anthor, he wasn't bleeding. There were no abductors...
Congratulations to CJ, Holy Spirit did find Anthor and seemingly chased off his abductor. I will post more later, but I wanted to say thank you to everyone that took part in the contest (especially Christian Fletcher, Neil Tathers, Billfred, and AliceBeth). I have enjoyed it immensely. Holy Spirit says “so, I came to heal you, but it seems there's no need for it anymore. Where are these gangster, they shall repent!” Holy Spirit says “Alas, Anthor, you are free to leave.” Holy Spirit gives you a healing herb. Holy Spirit gives you a healing herb. Holy Spirit gives you a healing herb. Holy Spirit gives you a healing herb. Holy Spirit gives you a healing herb. Holy Spirit gives you a healing herb. Holy Spirit gives you a healing herb. Holy Spirit gives you a healing herb. Holy Spirit gives you a healing herb. Holy Spirit gives you a healing herb. Holy Spirit gives you a healing herb. Holy Spirit gives you a healing herb. Holy Spirit gives you a healing herb. You say “Holy Spirit, you have chased away my kidnapper, and you have saved me from the Evil that he was about to force upon me. I thank you, and will forever be in your debt.” You say “Here my friend, take this heavy sword as a gift for saving my life. It will not cover the debt, but whether you use it yourself or sell it for money for the orphans, it is yours.” Anthor hands Holy Spirit a heavy sword You say “And to further thank you, I have one more gift.” You give a heavy sword to Holy Spirit . You give a smokey crystal to Holy Spirit . Anthor hands Holy Spirit a smokey crystal You say “Here, let me patch you up before you continue on. May the Spirits of the Ancient Ones carry you safely back to the island.”

Could you give the heavy sword to Jesus? Technically both are the same. You know, trinity and all that ...

CJ, no problem... Judge Dredd's in the Sacred Space at the west side of the exit circle, if you want to give it to him and then I'll give it back to Jesus.
Otherwise, PM me your coordinates and I'll let you know where my nearest alt is.

Okay, for those that are interested... there were four clues to where Anthor was to be found. The first clue was in Runic. The second clue was in the rotation 13 cipher made famous (created by?) Julius Caesar. Obviously those two were too easy... so... The third clue was three levels deep... I changed it from clear text into a rotate cipher, then into a base64 encode, and finally into a string to hexadecimal. Amazingly a couple of people got that, within a day! The fourth and final clue was three levels deep also... clear text to bifid cipher, transposing G to O, and using anthor as the keyword... then using the vienere cipher with anthor as the keyword... and finally translating into pig latin. The pig latin part didn't work so well in the end as it seems different translators do different things with it. Anyway, it was a lot of fun and thanks again to everyone who took part. I will plan on another one later in the year, as long as I haven't ended up in the funny farm before then.
