Mystery Contest
In 6 days there will be an announcement.
It's a contest, and it will be open to all.
Unfortunately I can say no more until the 19th, but if anyone's interested in taking part, I suggest you collect some supplies. [Can one of the Mods sticky this on the 19th?]

It sounds fun, but I can't imagine who could play. TripleU is busy, and it'll probably be anti-outsider anyway. Fiery Dweevil might be interested for the money (if there is any), but won't want to kill anyone. Anode Dweevil could play, but again, doesn't want a dirty record. Hermit Crawmad likes to kill, but is to much of a newb. I'd like a tad more info, if possible, such as violence level and reward value, so I can know who, if anyone, should head to the med hut.

I'll try not to give too much away... So no major clues, but here's a few hints:
The prize will be a heavy sword (there may be additional prize items, but for now that one's a definite).
There will be clues to follow.
There will be blood, violence, and possibly an ancient forgotten language.

The Kidnapping of AnthorNewsflash - At 10am this morning, Anthor, Avatar & Leader of the Kingdom of Skulls was kidnapped from a hut in Raktam. Both of the warriors with him at the time were executed in what can only be described as the actions of a psychopath. Other than the bodies of the two warriors, and the bloody remains of a scuffle, all that was left behind was a note written in blood. OOC- The Contest consists of the following: The first person to find Anthor before his Kidnapper executes him... and execute the Kidnapper... will win a Heavy Sword. Clues will be revealed as we go along. The competition is open to everyone. If Anthor is killed by the person/s who find him first, instead of the kidnapper, then the Sword will be forfeited and the Sword will go to the 2nd person who finds Anthor (after I revive). Rules may be modified by unforeseen circumstances / events but only in last resort. Good Luck!

Heavy... sword? * Buttercup contemplates sending her cannibal to the rescue. He's a low level bugger but is her only guy who wouldn't mind a spot of killing... * Buttercup gets kicked in the shins by her cannibal. "Fight back, ya' pansy! You and your 'I don't want to get my profile dirty' nonsense. Spring Tiger I can understand, but you're a warrior for goodness sakes! Somebody kills you - kill 'em back!" * Buttercup glares back at the cannibal. "I'm no pansy, and restraint does not equal weakness. You have rather bold words for someone who only managed to take revenge because the player couldn't find his way out of a cave." Alt fight! Oh, will we be able to tell who the kidnapper is by their profile? Because if there's Anthor and two or more other people standing on the same spot, I don't want to kill the wrong one.

I just had an urge to do a CSI: Shartak Short.
I still may do it.
And Neil is completely on the wrong side of the island.
But he knows where to go.

The Plot Thickens...Will Neil actually write a CSI: Shartak short... or is his stomach too weak?! Will Neil get to where he thinks he needs to get to in time? Will someone else get there first? Will Anthor be saved before the Carrier Parrot delivers body parts? Good Job, Neil... and for Buttercup, it will be obvious who the Kidnapper is when you see both of them.

I'm stuck on the language. I've tried it against Latin, Greek, Mayan, Aztec, Cherokee, Phoenician, even a few fake languages... Is it a real language? Edit: Scratch off hebrew, too. Edit2: More languages checked off = Ethiopian and bengali... the closest thing I could find was military morse imaging. Yeah... Even though some of the images match, it doesn't make sense how it turns out. And some of them aren't there, so I've scratched this one too.
