Anyone living in the UK right now will be, oh yes you will, overjoyed right now! Because of the epic snowing!

Here's someone making the most of it!

Lol.

Living on the coast, the snow didn't settle for very long. Surrounded by hills so it's a nice view.

I'm just laughing at the fact that Scandinavia etc. get worse snow every day yet Britain closes half its schools, cancels flights, buses, trains and taxis...

There was that whole Empire business
And the wars...oh the wars... YOU WEREN'T THERE MAN...

Sory, I dozed off for a minute there... *ahem*

Yeah, it's riddiculous. Everything shuts down. A friend's band couldn't play because the city centre was closed off, but that's the only bad thing I've had so far. Two days off college
Was going to have monday off though anyway really; Not going in after I've stayed up til 3 watching the Superbowl...

You English...
We have snow like that in Summertime!

Not really, but you get the idea. I. Hate. It. You know why? Because it seems that nobody else here knows how to use that plow! And then, after the snow is neatly packed into big piles away from causing harm... A new friggin' blizzard hits the area dead on!

...and the schools aren't closed because of that. I laugh at and envy you folk simultaneously.

A couple of Austrian people who work with my mum found it hilarious that places closed because of snow.

Apparently 20% of people didn't go to work yesterday and the 2 days of snow has cost our economy £3.5 billion.

Bah.  I hate they don't even let this Doctor finish out his own freaking season.

He's been truly the best, in my honest opinion.

We kept getting emails at work advising that our Hastings, Slough and Basingstoke offices we're closed due to snow.  Soft southern gits.

Oh come on! The guys don't survive a little snow, so stop bullying them.

You should see Texans. Most of them would think it is fallout if it weren't for Christmas films. A single snow flake under their SUVs' tyres result in tremendous collisions.

Not as bad a seattle. We get like 1/4 an inch of snow and everything shuts down.
