The sticky wicket with writing about Armadox is that it ruins the myth. It's like remakes of horror movies where they try to do too much backstory for Jason Voorhees or Michael Myers. There's no story to Armadox, Armadox was, is, and Armadox always shall be. I have heard rumors that if you say his name 5 times he will return. Probably just a myth. Good thing I only said it four times. Armadox.
i actually agree with you to an extent. but i think that with any well known, mysterious figure, people are naturally bound to speculate. that's why the word
legends is in the title. there's no reason any entry need be considered canonical to the character, and there is no reason they cannot conflict with eachother. in fact, it is completely expected that they will. my purpose with this contest is and has always been to stimulate mythology, urban legends and campfire stories, in short; invention and speculation.
