Dearest Parliament! This is a late announcement, but better late than never. Please welcome Tracer as the first governor of Midway Island. Tracer and myself go way back as ardent defenders of Creedy when we fought off herds of Yorkish miscreants together. Tracer brings fine organizational capacities and nautical logistic expertise which will serve him well in the off shore operations of Midway Island. Tracer will take care of the day to day at Midway. Unfortunately I will be unable to attend Minister Pershing, as I have begun the road building project. It progresses quickly as much of the jungle has already been cleared. I hope to finish the project within the fortnight.
