I've found and killed our shamans killer. This man from York, Teksura is responsible. His last NPC kill is Balchig.

Things in Derby have caused me to change my plans for the time being. I will be unable to go to Midway as Uther had previously requested some assistance in dealing with Rabble-rousers who are harrassing our native shaman and picking off Derby Residents, but hopefully once this is clear I will be able to assist in the fight.

Nekrotzar has fled Derby, so you are free to go to Midway. Good luck.

Dearest Parliament! So, now that the cowards natives have flee from our swords at Midway and try to pillage Derby, a clear admission of defeat we should all admit, we shall feel more secure in our hold upon Midway and must turn our heads towards the future. Cleaning up the natives from Derby will be easy, it is our homeland, we know it well and we are vigorous so in the near future we shall accomplish this. So what next? What project shall we attend to? The play, of course, is of the utmost importance, but I have a grander dream:
A play is good. But what good is a play if people cannot get to the playhouse to see the play performed? And how do people get to the playhouse? By hacking through jungle? Mon Dieu, non! They travel on well manicured paths of course! I propose a grand system of trails leading from the Grand Victory Arch of Derby, to the hedge maze of Port Breton, leading west to York with connecting trails from Raktams and the Wicksicks lands.
The question I have is, do the old companies still exist? The government of the Raktams have stayed out of the recent conflict, should we send the Minister of Foreign Affairs to speak to the Queen about this matter? Even the Wicksicks are not totally lost, perhaps the Necromancers could be treated with, as they are not all natives, their members coming from all over the island, so it may be that the may appreciate a well manicured path?
Parliament! What say ye!

If peace is possible peace must be pursued. Victory at midway was no doubt good for us peace is better. Alliances can be made so that if ever derby comes under siege like the one that destroyed the first government we would have allies this time to come to our aid...if they decide to that is.

OOC: Peninsula Federation is a pretty cool guy. He beats the natives and don't afraid of anything.

Dearest Baron,
Scratch that last one. I have been reassigned to Midway. I look forward to seeing you.
The idea of trails however, is a grand idea! I'm sure I speak for all of The Necromancers Guild when I say that.

Should volunteers be found to maintain a path we would be happy to provide it.
We have always had peaceful dealings with those that do not harm us, thus we will happily settle up in the tower, perhaps even opening up a little spirit hut up top for those of a more power bent mindset...

Good sirs! This is all quite good news! I am very eager to begin our new relationship between the Peninsula Federation and the Necromancer's Guild. I have received many letters regarding this matter which I will begin attending to throughout the day as we hammer out specifics. It may take me some time, as my desk is also filled with piles of paper regarding other matters, such as war, policing Derby, (and market research in my real life) but I just wanted to write this note saying that I will attend to all matters regarding this new relationship today.
