Appearances are your tactic DLC, not those of KOS or the NG.

The overly-zealous usually turn out to be the biggest hypocrites

P.S. Anthor, don't add Mr Orange to the subforum. Pretty obvious attempt at getting a spy into our board.

Death in York

You attack Drahken with a heavy sword for 5 damage. They die.
Raoji chants, focusing negative energies at the spirits.
You hear **** let out a banshee wail coming from all around you.
You hear **** let out a banshee wail coming from all around you.
Claudia Strauf turns white as a sheet, and keels over dead.

1 Kill by Sword, 1 Kill by Raoji although Claudia was brought to 4HP by yours truly ( and surprising as I thought he was a GSUC puppet).

2 Kills yesterday (via malevolence, so not shown on Underground).

Not a bad couple of days.

And don't worry, Steak... I won't be adding any new members for the moment.

GSUC in Hiding

Most of GSUC's forces have been in hiding since the beginning of the attack on York last week. It's obvious that they fear the might of the Native forces, that have thrust a dagger into the heart of York. The attacks will continue until York has disassociated itself with such criminal gangs such as GSUC. When the last remnants of terror have been driven from York's beaches into the sea, a new day will dawn across Shartak.

Scared GSUCers:

Frankenstein is hiding in the Sacred Space

Terrorist Intel:

Paul Bunyan is in the Traders Hut

Surely the KONG could think up of something more creative offence than killing one or two bystanders at the cost of a 50 AP revive and an excess of fungi juice... Tongue

It's simply a fight KONG can't win. They lack the resources, strategy, and determination. It has been enjoyable squashing these parasites from the southern jungles, however.

BTW, Anthor, Raoji does work for GSUC. Figure it out.

Oh Anthor, I know you're desperate to bring the KOS back to its feet, but accusing me of being scared isn't going to swing. Notice that I haven't actually been in York. Aside from logging in only every other day or so, I've been trying to stock up on FAKs, of which I haven't been making much progress.

But don't worry, oh weak and indecisive Avatar, maybe you'll dominate somebody these days, like the parrots laying on the outskirts of Wiksik. Conquer those parrots and their territories, I say!

OOC

Ah more GSUC propaganda.  Currently this war is a stalemate, neither side wins.  Well unless this jungle has a secret raven clan in which case the ravens are probably winning.  Neither side can move openly without dying, neither side can be said to hold another town, neither side is actually going to achieve something.

Currently SS seems devoid of most GSUC supporters, some KOS members have taken up residence there.  Much like the yorkers who used to reside in the york the med hut.

Those interested in conflict are simply trying to lure the other side out.  GSUC most noticably with their "claim" on wiksik and their barrage of comments the moment Anthor posts something on the KOS thread.  We have shown much better manners in not invading the GSUC thread, though no doubt someone has at some time due to sheer exasperation.

Overall this conflict has bought nothing to the game except annoyence from simon due to the massive amount of complaints from both sides, the ridiculous amount of cheating and alt abuse and the general sniping wars on the forum.  I personally would have gone with something biblical by now and washed everyone away in a massive flood.

Yes IC quips and arguments are fun, hells they keep the game alive.  But things are getting slightly out of hand now, even the lightest banter is blown up into an argument.   People are victimised by either side's attempts to gain the political advantage, not just in game but irl.  I think now for the good of the game this war will end, and I don't mean the one in game.

I would ask a mod to split this off after a couple of hours, as everyone who is culpable will have read it.

I see both KOS and GSUC in the Sacred Space, and have seen announcements from GSUC allies to "get to Sacred Space, an attack is coming."

This is just going to get into the zerg BS again if both sides tout it like they are.  Both sides appear to be doing it, so ditch that crap outside of the forums, both of you.  You're both dabbling in it to whatever degree, so kindly drop the SS garbage.

If the KOS are in the SS and the GSUC aren't. What does that tell you?

It tells me that the KOS clearly cannot defend their home town and Wiksik would be better off with under John.

No country can be ruled from exile.

Not that you're biased in the slightest.  Roll Eyes
