My wife has her cat on left shoulder, another tattoo in the middle of her back at the base of her neck. Her next one will be on her right shoulder.

(wife?!?!? I thought Entropy was a female? no, I only play a female warrior cuz I found the avatar I use here and liked it)

For a kitten, I'd suggest small of back where the

meets the waist, or ankle. That'd probably be the best places to put it.
I used to do it for a living.

What image are you using? Also, stay away from red ink.

I think that looks a bit trashy and cle che now. Nearly every girl has one.

Just go for the arm somewhere. Inner wrist sounds nice, although it will hurt more, but not many people have tatts there when they only have the one.

Or you could go far out and put it on your face...
