(2008-10-01 21:22) Anthor kneels before the Throne "Black Fang, oh Grand Tyrant, you are not well... you know not what you say... you must lay off that weed for a short time until you come back to your senses"
(2008-10-01 21:22) Anthor stands up and steps next to the Throne, pulling SillyLilyPily next to him.

THE SPIRITS AWAKEN TO PROTECT THE GRAND TYRANT


(2008-10-02 02:45) Pallaton stops contemplating his bottle. "How long have you been in the Throne room non-stop?", he says to Anthor. Raising his voice, he says "Whoever got my skull can keep it, I have replacements."
(2008-10-02 02:47) Pallaton starts to make intricate lines on the dust of a skull.
(2008-10-02 03:18) Pallaton says “A spirit hut should be named in Raktam; Around here, the spirits are quiet...”
(2008-10-02 03:21) Ash says “Yes, that happens when a fellow such as Etherdrifter is about...”
(2008-10-02 04:05) Anthor looks towards Pallaton, you see both fire and water in his eyes. "I have been here only part of one cycle so far. But I will stand here night and day until the Grand Tyrant recovers."
(2008-10-02 04:06) Anthor has one hand gripping one sword hilt, the other grasping SillyLilyPily's hand tightly. "Etherdrifter, perhaps if we chant together it will bring the ancient ones?"

(2008-10-03 00:53) SillyLilyPily shimmies it over her head, and it slids on beautifully, somehow, the loosly woven reeds give the illusion of translucency

monaliza transfers it to Etherdrifter, he has its control now.
monaliza lowers her gaze from the hut's peak to the visage of The Great Tyrant
monaliza walks close to him, his large, huge frame covered with dense growth still the omnipotent power in her presence.
monaliza says “I am here and you know what you must do... it is what has to be done... for your wishes to be carried out. I am where we have spoken of.”

Anthor comes out of his trance momentarily, you see the blue light around him glow dimmer
Anthor says “Twiglet, your specific exorcising was greatly appreciated. That allows us to continue our spiritual work in here, uninterrupted by evil.”

Narktan kills Anthor with a machete.
Narktan carves pieces off the body of Anthor and begins eating!
Narktan collects the head of Anthor.

Revenge is swift in these times.

Twiglet holds up a creepy skull.
Twiglet says “This is the head of Narktan”
Twiglet says “I have avenged your death Anthor.”
Ash applauds! "One should not kill shamans! Regardless of your hunger. I applaud the victory over the glutton."
SillyLilyPily walks quietly to Twiglet and kneels in front of him
SillyLilyPily says “you have done a noble act, the retrobution for the killing of Anthor ”
SillyLilyPily says “my thanks to you comes in the form of a gift to you.”
SillyLilyPily holds out her hand with a single grain of sand, under the chin of Twiglet and presses her other hands' finger to the speck
SillyLilyPily blows a breath of air to the convergance and the grain begins to swell and glow golden
SillyLilyPily removes her finger as the sphere turns and spins in her hand, the faster it goes the less opaque it becomes ... then she flicks her finger and entity is absorbed into Twiglet's nostrels.
SillyLilyPily watches as he gasps in surprise and as a smile takes over his shock
SillyLilyPily says  “I have given you the gift of pre-sight, may it illuminate what is unseen before you”
SillyLilyPily kisses Twiglet on his red-flushed cheek.
SillyLilyPily says  “thank you again for your swift and passion-filled actions.”
SillyLilyPily steps back and squats down next to her lover's body, reaching out her hands she lays one over another on top of his heart
SillyLilyPily says  “may your journey back be swift and stealthy, when you return I shall be complete again”
SillyLilyPily raises up and lifts her hands from his chest, leaving behind a blood red orchard over his heart.

Magellan says “Hehe, you lot are an interesting bunch. I like that.”
Anthor bursts through the door with a large grin on his face. "The Ancient Ones honor me tonight. The roaming Shaman is currently NE of Wiksik at the lake, I was able to return immediately.
Anthor grabs SillyLilyPily and kisses her passionately, then returns to stand next to Black Fang. "I will return to my meditation. Within Two Days I will have an answer to my question."
Anthor 's eyes turn opaque, as he starts chanting again. This time the colors emanating from around his body turn a strange green color, intermixed with blue sparkles. You wonder what his question is.


SillyLilyPily says  “Magellan, I hope your stay here has been enlightening. Before you leave please return the charm of protection I lent to you. It was my gift of sanctuary while you were with us.”
Pallaton stands up groggily from the cushion ands looks around, a bit confused. "My, I've slept longer than I wanted to! I'll go take a walk..." he says
Pallaton gives you a gourd of water.
Ash says “The Roaming Shaman seems to like us alot, indeed. 'Tis a great show of fortune.”

Ash nicks the outsider twice with the tip of his dagger in small pricks on his arm.
Ash says “Oh darn, the second one nearly missed... Further investigation is required.”
Ash says “There we go!" His machete drips with abit of blood, too. "There, now the healing can begin!”
Ash says “Or...Not?”
Ash is bumfuzzled by the ousider's sudden health. "I was going to heal you, sorry about that."
Ash says “Hey! Whoa! SLP!”
Ash blinkblinks, looking beyond hurt. "Why are you...?"
Ash says “I stated I was going to heal him! I wanted it to be a nice, round number worth of a few herbs!”
SillyLilyPily looks at Ash, happy to hear his decision.
Ash nurses the wound from the blunt weapon.
Ash says “I stated it before. I know that you still hold worth in him.”
Ash sighs.
Ash simply shakes his head, even with the fresh pumice on the wound, and walks out.

Ash sighs in relief. "You know, while I was healing a person in the medical hut, it dawned on me to start keeping a map of everything on my own! And with it, spawned a new level of thought!"
Ash bows to Ether. "I had much amusement in watching the precedings. I hope everyone who can will write down the moments in memory of Ether's valiance and everyone else's swift action..."
Ash says “...in bringing Slaughterhouse to justice.”

Ash says “I am new here, but I see a great presence here, aside from the sleeping behemoth we all care for.”
Ash says “We have the best in life and the best in death here among us. Those who are warriors, those who are shaman, those who are bards, and those who are Manbearpig.”
Ash ruffles the hair of the lovably oogleh beast.
Ash says “I see two great Shaman, I see claws, warriors, of Black Fang's right hand, and I see an agent of his concerned brother, Sofaking.”

Ash says “Coming from my small village, I never thought I'd see so many different people could be aside from how they're served at dinner. This is all rather overwhelming to me...but...”
Ash says “I am all the more excited by it. It is magnificent, and it speaks to Black Fang's impact on this island, as well as his legacy, the Kingdom of Skulls.”
Ash points to the Grand Tyrant's skull throne, looking at those gathered sternly. "We are the bones of his throne! We are his skulls! He held us all alike, whether we be his enemies or his allies..
Ash says “He touched each and every one of us! Be it our hearts, our minds, our flesh, or our bones. We cannot deny this man, this blessed Tyrant, his due.”
Ash says “He has created the Kingdom of Skulls! He brought something from the time of long ago, something more befitting in Ether's books and histories, and brought it into the reality!”
Ash says “This throne SPEAKS to that! As I said, we are all skulls upon that throne. Be we the part skull that supports its leg, the one that he rested his head upon, the one he sat upon when tired...”
Ash says “Or the one his elbow rested upon when his chin was on his fist in thought. We are all but bones, skulls in his Kingdom. Some with brains, some with thoughts, some with wind, and some with fangs.”
Ash says “May we all, regardless of the skulls we hold beneath our flesh, our lips, and around our eyes...Let us all smile as he passes, for he has not abandoned us. HIS THRONE DOES NOT CRUMBLE AS HE SLUMBERS!”
Ash jabs his finger to the throne once more. "If that man were to expire, at ANY moment, it would not be a crime, nor would it be a blessing. Ether, you know more than anyone...
Ash says “That death is but a part of life. His passing, if it does come to be, shall be a part of not only his life, but OUR lives, and the lives of the Kingdom. HIS Kingdom.”
Ash says “Would any of us do the crime unto Wiksik-NAY-the crime unto Black Fang as to let it fall?!”
Ash says “NO! I see not a hand, hair, or inkling of blood in this room that wishes it! So we must FIGHT for it!”
Ash says “We must PRESERVE it!”
Ash says “We must bring our skulls together, and build not only maintain the Skull Throne, but continue his dream, to bring peace to the village, to bring prosperity to this village, to make his subjects...”
Ash says “Each of you...”
Ash says “Happiness. To make you all smile. To fill you all with joy.”
Ash says “Black Fang may pass...I pray he does not...Many a tear shall fall...”
Ash says “But do NOT let that river of tears undo the foundation that he hath crafted! That he hath SLAVED upon! Do NOT let any beast, man, or spirit rend from this earth...”
Ash says “That THAT man, O' Great Mouthful, Black Fang, the Grand Tyrant, has put together. That he has given BIRTH to!”
Ash says “The Kingdom is his legacy, and we are all brothers and sisters within in. We must carry on. We must carry the skull forth, even as he passes, and place it at the place of honor...”
Ash says “Just as we did when we had slain an enemy and placed it before him!”
Ash says “Black Fang has created something bigger than himself, bigger than ALL of us, and that giant of a man, both in body, mind, and heart, needs us, his little, strong, dedicated followers, to maintain”

Ash sighs, looking winded, and plops down in front of the great Skull Throne, sitting at its feet. He looks to those gathered with a tired smile. "We must. For the sake of Black Fang..."
Ash says “And all of the people he believed in...”

The Lost Skulls of the Ancients

Although we are in mourning for the transition of our fearless leader, Black Fang, who has disappeared into the ether due to eating bad weed... We must keep strong as we have a number of powerful shaman who are working to bring him back.

Through a trance meditation, a message was given to me that we must gather together and go on a journey to retrieve the lost skulls of the Ancient Ones. For anyone that's interested in traveling the path to find the skulls, please gather together any supplies that you need and come back to the Throne Room by midnight on Sunday (changed from Friday) night (game time - UTC) for more instructions.

By the powers invested in me by the Ancient Ones, and the spirit of Black Fang, I name myself as the new Grand Tyrant of the Kingdom of Skulls. My hand has been forced, but from this moment forward I will protect Black Fang's name, the Kingdom of Skulls, and all of the Kingdom's subjects and allies. Any attack against a member of the Kingdom of Skulls will be met with swift and devastating force. All treaties and understandings between the KOS / Black Fang and any other groups, kingdoms, nations, etc., will be upheld. I do not see any others stand up and take control of, yes, the best RP clan on Shartak. I see dissension and the fall of the Kingdom. I am not willing to let that happen. You are quick to make judgment. Perhaps you should give me time to see if I am worthy first. If you do not want to give me time however, I shall be very open to showing you what I actually can do with a Heavy Sword, and believe me, it's not hoarding.

The Lost Skulls of the Ancients

A Darkness has come down across Wiksik. With the passing of the Grand Tyrant, there has been much mourning and grief. Although he was a Tyrant, he was our Tyrant!

It has been said that when the Grand Tyrant passes, the Ancient Ones will grow restless and make demands. The Ancient Ones demand the return of their lost skulls... four to be precise. All KOS members, and allies are welcome to join in the hunt for the Lost Skulls of the Ancients. The hunt will begin outside the Throne Room in Wiksik, at midnight (game time) on Sunday night.

As the Ancient Ones had turned angry over the loss of their skulls, the Throne Room had to be sealed by the Great Magician Etherdrifter, to protect Wiksik. If anyone's left inside the Throne Room, Etherdrifter will be attempting to transport you out, but no one can enter until the four skulls are recovered.

May the Ancient Ones protect us in our quest to return the skulls. We must succeed, or suffer eternal darkness.

The Hunt Begins

Anthor sits in a chair outside the Throne Room, and meditates quietly for a couple of minutes
Gabble gives you a gourd of tasty berry juice.
Anthor thanks Gabble very much
Gabble says “A toast! A toast to our fallen Grand Tyrant!”
You say “Gather together, friends, members of the Kingdom of Skulls, allies. The time has come for us to go on a long journey. To walk many steps. To find the four skulls of the Ancient ones”
Gabble swills noisily from a gourd of berry wine.
Frib says “Thanks, Gabble!”
Gabble waves a machete enthusiastically.
You say “Yes, Gabble... we must toast our fallen Grand Tyrant!”
Anthor holds up his gourd of berry wine and toasts.
You say “The Death of the Grand Tyrant has caused much disturbance in the spirit world. The Ancient Ones are angry, as his death was unnatural. They have asked for the return of their skulls, or they will...”
You say “Cause darkness and despair, of which we've never seen before. I have seen visions, which very nearly sent me into madness.”
Anthor starts shaking and goes into a strange trance, blue colored light emanating from all around him
Anthor starts speaking in a voice of darkness, very low and with strange sharpness which on certain tones brings fear into everyone's hearts
You say “The Ancient Ones”

Is he dead dead, in the way Blue Hummingbird and the ancestors are, or is he simply in a state of mundane death that happens to be indefinite, in the way many regular people (such as, for example, Bloodthirsty Psycho or A Mind Flayer) are?
