No. You can only feast to certain point on carrion. After that the body has to be someone you have killed.

Doesn't work, after 3 times, I couldn't nom on any other bodies that weren't my kill, even after I finally did make a kill of my own.

Oh well, I just got Ritual Gluttony, bodies shall serve me well.
